Five stars, and they earned every one of them. I came in needing a full set of wheels and tires for my Tesla Model Y and left with more than a finished car. I left with a shop I trust. Dale walked me through every option without rushing me, answered every question I had...fitment, load rating, installation, the lot; and never once made me feel like I was being sold. He treated the job like it mattered, because to a family on Smith County roads, it does. The work itself is excellent. The new wheels and Nexen tires look sharp, ride well, and were mounted and balanced with real care. No guesswork, no “we’ll figure it out later.” Just a clean, professional job from a crew that knows what they are doing. Tyler is lucky to still have a place like this. This is a homegrown, family-owned shop that has been taking care of this community for decades, and it shows in the way they treat people. If you need tires, wheels, or honest advice—and you would rather deal with neighbors than a chain, go see Dale and the team. I am more than happy with the set on my car, and I will be back.

I did a self repair to get by until I could get my tire fixed. After going to several other “big” tire shops and hearing “Oh we can’t to touch it…you have to buy a brand new tire,” on a tire that still had a lot of life, someone suggested Tire Barn. I pulled up to the door, a mechanic came out right away and didn’t bat an eye. He fixed the tire quickly and at a good price…$15. I’ll definitely be back here for any repairs or when I need tires. No nonsense, friendly and common sense!

If you live in the Tyler area The Tire Barn should be your place for your automotive needs. Great prices, great service and amazing people. The only thing they are missing is a shop dog.
