  I have taped, stuck to my window and on top of my car that I can’t get off that wasn’t there before I got the windshield from then they called the guy on the phone said that he can’t do anything about the tape on top of the car cause of the paint it wasn’t on there when I got the windshield so hell now I’m driving around with paint tape on top of my paint and my windshield and you called a good service not the hell is not.

  Easy online communication from receiving a quote to scheduling replacement of my windshield. Tristan the technician communicated clearly and was on time. I asked questions and he had clear answers. The cost was reasonable and the work done was great. Highly recommended!

  I'll delete this when handled, but it's July 4th and they're closed, and i won't be able to handle it until the 17th. Got the windshield replaced yesterday, and noticed this crack coming from the edge this morning with no place of impact. I'll leave this here as a paper trail for now

  Had passenger side vent window on a 2018 Honda Fit replaced. Quoted price of 301.83 (in writing) Actual cost 419.94. Technician stayed in touch with appointment updates but was 45 minutes later than originally estimated time. He also left glass shards on windshield, car interior, and ground beneath work area. Technician also left carboard window packaging in the bed of a nearby truck. They did not install the specified window trim as the technician reported that it was unavailable and/or would take a long time to order but I was assured that the repair would function as designed and the missing trim was only an aesthetic issue. I’m fine with that as long as it is guaranteed. I’m generally not one to complain as I typically expect to be disappointed by the service and work ethics in today’s world, but this was a really poor performance by a seemingly squared away company. They won’t have another chance with me. Next time I’ll go somewhere else even if it’s less convenient and more expensive.

  We took our vehicle in due to windshield damage from a recent road trip. We were scheduled for 9:00. The website explains that a replacement and recalibration of the components located in the windshield will take up to 3 hours. We were done in 90 minutes. There was a lounge, with coffee, television, and bathroom.
