  Do NOT use them! I spent nearly $1300 with insurance and they messed up my recalibration so my Driver Assistance Systems do not work when going above 70 mph or if I drive for more then 15 minutes. I have reached out over phone only to he greeted my AI that is no help and NO ONE responds the email route that their website says to use. Do not use this company! I was promised professional help to replace my windshield and got a million more issues because of this. The actually person I could talk to when they did the service was great but absolutely nothing else has been.

  The representative was prompt. He explained the process and the time the window replacement would take. He finished earlier than he thought. He provided guidance on what to do and not do over the coming days with my new window. Great experience!! Will use again!

  I had such a great experience with Joe at Safelite! He was incredibly courteous, professional, and had a fantastic sense of humor! He made the entire experience enjoyable while still providing outstanding service. It’s refreshing to come across someone who takes pride in their work and knows how to make customers smile along the way. Joe definitely left a lasting impression, and because of this experience, we will absolutely be calling Safelite for our company’s fleet needs in the future! Great customer service goes a long way, and Joe is a perfect example of that. Thank you, Joe, for the excellent service and the laughs!

  Had to get a side widow replaced and chose Safelite. Great decision. I did everything online which was super easy to maneuver through. Jose was my technician and he was a delight. He was prompt, kind, and professional along with communicating everything he was doing prior to the removal and afterwards.

  I scheduled 2 vehicles to have windshields replaced at my house. They refused to work on my vehicles due to a little rust. The tech was polite and informative, but the store manager was a shady, arrogant, and confrontational egotist. He told me it's not his company's responsibility to inform me (or anyone) of THEIR POLICY that any vehicle over 10+ years old can't get worked on if there is rust present. Instead, I need to take my vehicles to a body shop to have them clean it up first, and only then will they install the new glass. The tech claims this should have been disclosed during one of the 3 phone calls I had setting up the two appointments - since they obviously were given the year and model for both. Makes perfect sense. However, the store manager said, " The tech was wrong in saying that it should have been mentioned beforehand and I'll have a word with him when he gets back." Elite Auto came out and fixed everything the next day. "Rust" and all.
