  They were so nice and genuine. Did an exceptional job, very thorough, and talked over any and all issues with my vehicle. I highly recommend going to Mavis. Carlos was an excellent sales associate as well. Thank you Mavis!

  Disappointed. I called to get the coat of oil change. Was told 99$ I said my car doesn’t use full synthetic. Said 79$ and they have a 20$ coupon. Imagine my surprise when I checked out and it was over 100$. I questioned if that was with the 20$ off and told yes it was. Well nothing I could do but pay it. But I won’t go back. Don’t like not getting the truth when asked.

  Ordered tires online on Saturday, which allowed me to schedule an installation date on Sunday. Received a call from Dennis that the tires were unavailable until Monday. Took a half day off from work on Monday expecting the tires to arrive because I called three times and was assured they would. Never arrived. Danny said he accessed the situation and would call me in the morning. No call. I called yet again and Danny said the tires were on the way. Called again later and they never arrived. I decided to just cancel the order. Worst tire shop experience ever. Take your business elsewhere. I did.

  My wife took her car to Mavis this afternoon because she thought the front end alignment was off. They checked and told her that one of her tires had separated and replaced it. We have used Mavis for years, going back to when they were Gateway. They have the same honest people, the same great service, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them for all of their services.

  If the line at discount tire is out the yowzer, this place isn’t too far, they have great customer service and they addressed what I came in for, immediately. No wait… for now. As a woman, going to a repair shop is one the last things I want to do. WiFi is available, spacious seating and most importantly air conditioning was available here. I wish there were vending machines, or water was offered but if that’s going to affect their tiring pricing; I’ll pass. Thank you Carlos for explaining everything to me. I would like it if there was a quote print out to approve work done on the car but other than that 5 star my guy. Price match is available as well
