  We stopped because our tire was losing air and we saw the new Mavis Tires right on Broadway where we were shopping. We stopped and asked if they could repair it. It had a screw in it, but they repaired it quickly. You cannot imagine how surprised we were when they insisted there was no charge! Also as an extra blessing the young man that repaired it was one of my students from my days as an educator. Thank you Tyler Mavis.

  Had a tire causing issues. Took the vehicle in close to closing time and the store was great! They made me feel welcomed and willing to help right away! Will defitantly be back for tire services.

  Went in for a tire patch. Welcomed quickly at the front desk. They were busy, so the rep politely offered to schedule an appointment for later in the day. He even recommended a restaurant for lunch. Came back for the appointment. Was about 15 minutes early. They got me right in. Took care of my patch. Replaced my spare under the truck. Reset my tire pressure sensor. They followed up with everything they had done to make sure it was all I needed. I do not live in the immediate area, but would recommend this Mavis location based on the customer service experience I had.

  My first time visiting Mavis Tire & Brakes. It was on a Sunday and needed a loose tire repair. I call and Dennis said that they could help me. Friendly reception when I got there. Called me when my tire was finished (about an hour). And loaded the wheel assembly on the back of my truck for me. I was impressed with this shop.

  Carlos was AMAZING! My mother and I were on a business trip in Texas. We were headed back home to North Carolina when we had a blow out on I-20. We called Mavis Tires & Breaks in Tyler and Carlos answered. He was extremely knowledgeable and warm. He gave us a quote. Once we arrived, Carlos took great care of us. He was professional yet personable. We were in, out and back on the road within an hour. The restroom was very clean and the waiting room/showroom was spacious and peaceful. Thank you to Carlos and the team at Mavis Tires & Brakes (Tyler, TX).
