Amazing people very kind and understanding!
Had both back tiers replaced and alignment done. I originally had issue with affording to have the work done but they helped me with a price I could afford I am most grateful to them!

Came in to get a rotate balance and an alignment if it was necessary. I had already called the store which leads to a corporate office that is designated for the Tyler area to answer any questions or schedules for service and asked how much it would be to see if I need an alignment. The gentleman told me that it was free and if it was needed, it was $119 so I scheduled to go into the Tyler area store. Got there from my appointment asked for the service for rotate balance and also for the pre-check if I needed an alignment the gentleman told me it would be $24.95. I debated that after I’ve spoken with the gentleman from the office when I called he proceeded to act like he was doing me a favor and would waive the fee, even though there wasn’t one. I was there for two hours for a rotate balance and alignment after I left and drove it got onto 49. I got a steady speed on cruise control, and my vehicle started pulling to the left which it never did before. I asked for the alignment and there was a vibration called to back-was asked to be there before five So they could look at it and correct if anything was wrong. I got back to the store by 437 sat there for 47 minutes to only have my jeep up on a lift and nobody touched anything. I had an event at 7 o’clock that evening and when I asked the gentleman at the front desk, why my jeep hadn’t been looked at yet. He said they were waiting on the boss to go drive it. The boss had been doing other things and hadn’t been made aware that my jeep had been brought back in for a second time that afternoon so after complaining, the boss finally came out I expressed to him what was going on and asked him to please take my jeep on 49 to drive it out of steady speed on cruise not on Broadway on a Friday in 5 PM traffic between five traffic lights because it wouldn’t have given a consistent read of what I was feeling and experiencing with the pull to the left after the alignment they had done. I was already frustrated with the time that had been wasted coming in for a second time to only wait longer longer, and then when the boss man came back, he said he did fill the pull-to the left, and I confirmed with him that he had gotten onto 49. I noted to him. I have DV plates and it was fine. I needed him to use 49 to understand what I was talking about. He didn’t tell me no that he had been on Broadway gotten up to 63 and was able to fill the pool course I debated that because it was 523 on a Friday. There are five traffic lights before the turnaround and the breaking That is all that necessary during this time on Tyler on Broadway there’s no way I believed him. So then he proceeds to tell me that my brakes and rotors may be the problem which I just had brand new ones put on the day before. So when I debated that with him, he then proceeded to tell me it could be my transmission and that the “”grumble that he was hearing could also be my power steering. He never respected my wishes to actually have the car driving at a certain speed for a certain amount of time on a straight way dismissed anything that I had requested to be done after the fact and completely wasted my time and I was late for my event. They wanted me to leave my vehicle for their lead tech when he was there to look at it and of course I refused. So now I’m stuck with a pull on my alignment And a slight vibration that wasn’t there before. Will never return to this place and the condescending attitude from the male dynamic there most definitely Was insulting and a poor approach to help in customer service.

Drove to Tyler from Dallas for a work meeting. My car tells me that there’s low tire pressure and I potentially would have missed the meeting without the top notch support Mavis Tired provides this local community.
Kobi was my Service Technician and his demeanor when I first opened the door put me at ease and let me know I wouldn’t be late. Professional… Personable… Knowledgeable… and extremely helpful. A very well-run business!

We somehow ran over a tire wheel weight, odd. We had enough air in the tire to get to Mavis. They were so gracious to help us out so we could drive it to the warranty site. No charge, just gracious. We have used them for our Murano and have been happy as well. They're great to work with.
