  Tried to upsell me multiple times after saying no, and took out both of my air filters as well. No big deal, however the cabin air filter made a horrible sound after I left and I had to go back in and fix it as they had inserted it wrong. Also completely overpriced! I had all of my own oil and my own filter, and for some reason it was still 60$ and supplying all of the equipment only deducted about 4$ total according to the receipt. Bad experience overall. Won’t be coming back to this grease monkey and I encourage others to do the same.

  Very professional in the beginning, but when I was giving the bill, $199, I was totally caught off guard. When the young man showing me the options, I was under the impression that if I needed an inside air filter, it was involved with the price. I choose the $ 109 option, and naturally when I picked that option and then get a $199 final, I was very upset. I am not “mad” just upset that a $109 choice can finish with an inside air filter to a charge of $199. The gentleman did tell me that he did not inform me of the charge, but it happens. Like I stated, not upset, just very surprised by the bill. I will still use your company, but feel like I may choose to only get Synthetic Oil charge only, nothing else, Thank you, Vaughn Machristie

  Most of the people were nice, but one person was very condescending and absolutely upsold me when it was unnessecary. Super pricey as is, even more when they sell you unnessecary things such as an engine cleaner with your oil change (I promise you, this was not needed). I wont be back, and I would recommend you dont go either. If anything, I would recommend Royal Lube on Broadway for oil changes. They are always kind, professional, and dont upsell you at all.

  I had an 8 AM appointment at a nearby tire and auto center to get my oil changed and my tires rotated but when my car had not even been pulled in by 9 AM, I inquired and they said it might be another two hours. "Why even bother to get an appointment" I asked them? They gave me some canned corporate response and I left and went across the street to Grease Monkey who did the work and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend (especially over Valvoline Tire and Auto)

  It is so hot in Texas and these two gentlemen were hard at work on a Sunday, late afternoon the place was spotless. Harry, helped me and was very kind even told me a joke that I could share with my daughter. Great service and very affordable! Definitely returning! Thank - Amanda
