I had a great experience at Grease Monkey! Mario, the manager, went above and beyond to help me understand everything they were doing to my car and the recommendations they had. He was never pushy, but he took the time to explain why he recommended certain services and made sure I understood what my car needed. I also really enjoyed getting to chat with Mario and his team! They were friendly, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to Grease Monkey in the future!

This Grease Monkey got what the one in Gilmer didn’t get right! My experience in Gilmer was horrific! Do not go there they stripped my drain plug and didn’t type my oil filter and put a full synthetic in my truck! A week later, my oil light came on, and I went to this one and they fixed the problem!

I literally NEVER have a bad experience here. The technicians are always so kind and take time to explain things. They prioritize what is important and what can wait. Although today was particularly exceptional, Justin and Ty took extra time and care to figure out why my ac was sounding funny. Apparently there was a leaf causing an issue and they didn’t stop until it was fixed. Mind you I wasn’t paying for that.. They genuinely wanted to make sure the issue was resolved. I cannot express how thankful I am for honestly and integrity in a world (especially the service industry) that so often does just enough and never goes the extra mile. They did it with a smile and quite frankly made my day!

Seemed a bit disjointed at first. They would not honor a competitor’s coupon. I have never been to grease monkey for an oil change. Probably will not go back. Also, they added some additives that showed to be 21$, but I don’t think I was charged. Either way, I was not asked about it. I think it overfilled my engine with the extra additive.
