  I went to Grease Monkey on Jacksonville Hwy in Tyler, Texas yesterday for an oil change, and I will never return. As a retired military member, I was told they offer a 25% military discount. However, when it came time to pay, my bill was almost $40 higher than the last time I visited. When I questioned the price after getting my receipt, they only gave me $25 off. Then after I asked about it again, they went back and reran my card for a different amount. The whole situation felt unorganized and dishonest. What upset me the most was the lack of respect and customer service. I asked for the corporate phone number so I could discuss the issue, and I was told to “Google it yourself.” That is not how you treat customers, especially military veterans. Very disappointed with the service and professionalism at this location.

  Mario, the manager, knows his stuff and genuinely cares about those his shop serves. Him and his employees actually care about the safety of the vehicle and preventative maintenance to keep you assured while on the road.

  The technician team that completed my service, were friendly, fast, professional, and most importantly, not pushy! I was very pleased with my service experience. I appreciate the quality customer service they provided! Thank you!

  1st trip there and won't return, said oul wasnt registering at all on lipstick with it only being a couple hundred miles past oil change due, he said cause cheverolet sets their vehicle reminders to 7,500 or 10k reminder but should be done at 5k, and that all the oil turned to sludge, I asked him to show that to me once drained which he said he would but didnt, then the oil change was 20 more than what the paper said, he said it had changed today but I feel if you're going to change price then what you show people your prices are should be updated as well
