  Colton, Harrison, and Ken did a great job on selling us a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. It is always risky to drive from Houston to Tyler to buy a vehicle. What they said they were going to do, they did, with no surprises. They made us feel like family. My 16 year old son is very happy about the purchase. Great job, would highly recommend!!!

  I purchased a 2020 Nissan Armada back in July of 2025. Recently I have been having issues with it and Fairyway's team has been very wonderful in assisting with this issue. Harrison, Lee and the Service Team have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. I am grateful. I will make sure to tell others to come here for their vehicle purchasing needs!

  Amazing car buying experience quick and painless, Colton was very up front and willing to show any information that was asked,Harrison was extremely helpful explaining warranties and helping me chose the best option considering it was a used vehicle. 10/10 would recommend

  I took my vehicle in for a service issue. They had me back on the road in a very timely manner. Lee definitely takes the time to listen to the problem so he can have the technicians pointed in the right direction.

  We went back to Fairway after our our previous experiences buying from them. They've done all of our maintenance and repairs for the last 15.years. This time around Edgar was our salesman and was great. He knew the vehicle and gave me the time I needed to inspect and drive. Spent time on his day off to get me the paperwork we needed to get the process going. He made sure that the process rolled smoothly. They got us in the truck while we were still waiting on the insurance company. All around great experience. We'll definitely go back there first the next time we're ready to buy. 4th time buyer.
