  Buying my first car was honestly a little intimidating, but the team here made the experience so much better than I expected. They were patient, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to explain everything and worked hard to help me find the best financing option. A huge thank you to Colton and Harrison for going above and beyond to make it happen. They were transparent, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about helping me get into the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. I’m absolutely in love with my Bronco and couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and truly works for you, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next vehicle!

  We have bought 2 cars from Fairway Tyler in the past year. They work to get you a good deal and the best interest rate. The managers, salesmen and service staff are all so nice and friendly. They made buying our cars easy and affordable. Of course when buying a used car I believe in buying an extended warranty with it too. If they don’t have what you want on the lot, then they will try to find it for you. They can also get you anything off the used lot at Fairway Henderson if you see something you like there! Go see them for your next vehicle purchase!

  I took my car to another place called Ernest. One they wanted to charge over $3000 to change the whole HVAC system out telling me that it needed that brought it to Fairway and only thing they changed out was the cooling fan and now the air-conditioning is working. Thank You fair way

  Horrible experience with Edgar. I don’t know if it was because I am black? He kept having me come into this location, to be dry and rude everytime? Cherry at the top, I went in looking for a NEWER CAR & im guessing he assumed my credit was low because instead he kept showing me cars that were 5+ years? SMH
