- MWMatthew WhittemoreJul 2, 20261.0☆☆ THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY☆☆ Do not rent a car from this branch I have no problem with Enterprise they are a great company but this branch is no good I rented a car for 7 days and dropped it off a few hours early on the 7th day and they decided to charge me for an additional two weeks because they didn't see the car when called and asked if they were going to refund my money the owner or manager whatever she is said no it is not her problem so I strongly suggest not renting from this Branch here. Go to another one Enterprise is still a great company but this branch and their manager of this branch do not care about the well-being of their customers what was only supposed to cost me around $350 has now cost me over $1,000. But I have not spoken to corporate office about the situation they are going to refund my money as it should be. Enterprise is a good car rental company but this branch is ran by someone who doesn't care about people's lives and tried to steal money from me

- VCVeronica CharlesJun 11, 20263.0Staff, location and customers service was great! My issue would be not providing me a vehicle that was comparable to my vehicle due to the car accident that inconvenienced me. The vehicle was too low to the ground and caused more strain and pain on my lower back.

And that we could come there, but they were busy and didn't know if there would be any cars available. THEN.... He said he had one, but he didn't know if it would be there when we got there. I was literally across the street. But he still said there was no guarantee. Shouldn't I have a guarantee if you have one there that I can bring this one back and exchange it? The guy did not seem very knowledgeable on the phone nor did he seem eager to help.
