I recommend this particular Enterprise if you are in need of a vehicle rental. This was the easiest and most helpful car rental place I've ever used. Palestine Enterprise did Not have the car I rented and they waited until the afternoon the day before I picked it up to tell me they didn't have a car to try somewhere else. The young man that helped me with the car and the young lady that I returned it to were very patient, polite, and helpful. They answered every question I asked. I will always take my business back to them in the future.

They are too busy to send a driver to pick you up at the requested time or handle your check-in. It’s just THIS Tyler location. The ones in Grapevine, TX and Boston airport were wonderful the last few months.

The staff at both Tyler Texas and Athens Texas locations are extremely helpful and easy to work with , they had me in and out in no time . Both locations assisted me to the fullest and had me in and out in no time at all !! I will most definitely recommend both locations to all my family and friends 😇💯

Car broke down this morning and I need to go out of town. I showed up to this establishment at opening after 730am. Worked with an agent that was professional in the beginning but it ended on a sour note and a deal could not be stuck. She kept trying to give me cars with weird northerner liscense plates. Im traveling across the state of Texas and would prefer to not be pestered by police and rednecks about having out of state tags. The agent found a vehicle with an Oklahoma tag and thats perfectly acceptable. After about 40 minutes of haggling over the cars and deciding on this vehicle, she disappeared for a stint then came back to say she couldn't do it without a credit card because it has an extra seat or some rubbish. I explained I have 2 different bank cards with visa and Mastercard that work as credit cards and she said they would not accept it. Also a venmo credit card that could have been used (she said no) and a bank full of cash. Furthermore, she started in on me how she was " trying to work with me", and they had a reservation list of 70 people. That was enough for me. I walked out and told her to forget it. Don't tell me you are doing me some kind of favor. With that attitude I will never come back to your establishment and will tell everyone I know what you have done. I dont appreciate you acting like you have me over some sort of a barrell. I do own another vehicle and we will just drive that one, although it will be cramped. After I walked out of this place I realized i didnt have a ride. So I had to walk home along the busy loop and spur. I live about 2-3 miles away but that was a hard journey at my age and in flip flops. Also not paying some "lyft" for a ride. No thanks. Another thing, everyone that was working here are people in their 20s, and none " look like me". I think that was probably something to do with the lack of cooperation in my opinion. Dually noted. 1 star. Should be 0 stars.
