  We rented the vehicle to make a family trip. This was our first time renting a vehicle to make the trip, previously we'd always used personal vehicles. I booked online. Everything went smooth no complaints with customer service at pick up. We take the vehicle 6hrs away out in the country. Everything is fine. Well I go to use the wind shield wiper to clean bugs off. No cleaner fluid. And all i accomplished was making it 100x worse. I made a stop to pick some up put the fluid in hit the button, still nothing. The supply line wasnt even connected all it was doing was spraying in the cavity of the hood. I had to stop multiple times to clean it off to be able to see. I called and talked to the Tyler location off the loop, I was told that each vehicle goes through a check list before being released to the customer. I told them my issue, I was told that they are human. Which I understand, but I dont accept that as an excuse for jeprodizing my family's safety. Bring the vehicle back let them inspect it, they are mainly looking at superficial things. I was told its all good. At which point I say not quite. I explain the issues ive had. And I was told I could get the cost of the windshield washer fuild taken off bill. I laughed its not about the money its about the safety of me and my family and those around us. Upon saying that he gave me 15% off. Soo, if you want to risk for family's life highly recommend using Enterprise. And their way of making it right was 15% off which came out to $45. Thats what it was worth to them. Never again I'll use my personal vehicles that I maintain. This was a first and last all at once.

  Enterprise Rental cars in Tyler Texas on Loop 323 left me feeling confused and frustrated after the assistant manager called to tell me that a car may or may not be available when I arrived to pick it up. She called me at 7:30am when I was about to leave to pick up the vehicle by 8am as I ordered. I think she was hoping that I would go to another Enterprise but what I did was called AAA who, per my request, called Enterprise directly to find out why. After it was all said and done, the assistant manager provided a car for me after all. This inconvenience, albeit short, was not necessary. The assistant manager should treat every customer like the most important person in the world despite the fact that I was picking up a complementary car through AAA for just one day. I would NOT recommend Enterprise to anyone after that experience.
