  The Absolute Worst Customer Service By far, the absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I was treated as if I didn’t even exist, and even after I addressed the way I was being treated, the poor treatment continued. Imagine already dealing with the stress of being hit and simply trying to get back to your normal life then having something as basic as getting a rental become another frustrating experience because of the way you’re treated. I understand that things happen and that everyone has a job to do, but basic respect and customer service should never be optional. I should not have had to repeatedly advocate for myself just to be acknowledged and treated like a paying customer. What should have been a simple process turned into an experience I will never forget and definitely never recommend.

  have always had a great experience with Enterprise until today was online saw that they had an availability took it came up here where the young lady behind the counter was very arrogant and demeaning and said it was her job to tell me they had no availability when online clearly said they did told her I could have the car back told her I could have the car back before the morning and she dug in her heels and refused terrible terrible customer service

  Had my reservation booked since may 14,2026 , for pick up on July 16th . The reservation was for a Ford Expedition Max, Jeep Wagoneer L or Similar . When I arrive im told they dont have one even though one was outside. When I ask about it they say it was reserved for someone else . I got stuck with a mini van for a vacation that starts tomorrow for one week . Now I want you to imagine taking 6 girls on vacation to Florida and not having enough room for luggage. If they would have told me they wouldn't have the vehicle I would have went somewhere else . Very poor business practice to make people go through this . I strongly would not recommend this company to anyone. You better think twice about it .
