The vehicle was very nice and the experience was very easy. There was a slight hiccup because the vehicle had less than a full tank of gas upon pickup but I was able to get things ironed out with customer support very easily and everyone that I spoke to were very friendly, helpful and efficient! Kudos! We will definitely keep using Enterprise. Great rates, great cars and excellent customer service!

Instead he took the time to find a car that had just been turned in and get it turned around for me so I had something to drive to the week.
