- MBMichael BennettJul 25, 20264.0Enterprise at the Tyler airport in Texas is a great location and you’re more than likely to have a vehicle waiting when you show up. The Athens, Tx Enterprise location is a hit or miss. They confirmed a reservation for a vehicle they didn’t have. When I got there I was told they had 20 reservations and only 2 cars being returned. Enterprise really puts their employees in a bad situation by confirming reservations they have no cars for. I ended up having my company cancel the Athens reservation and setting one up at the airport. It’s not the employee’s fault. If Enterprise has 20 reservations for cars that are not there then they needed to load up a car hauler or two and get the needed vehicles for the reservations over there or not confirm them at all.
