  DO NOT EVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE!!!! I booked a car back in January (for September) and everything was fine. I called the day before to make sure they had the reservation and they said yes. I get to the facility and was told that they don’t have my car available! I asked Colton (the manager) what that meant and he said that it’s “basically like a hotel” and that it’s not guaranteed that they will have something available when we show up. Last time I checked that is not how a hotel works. The whole point of booking something is so it is available when you show up! LUCKILY the airport had something available but what if they didn’t? I get to the airport and turns out Colton had to do something on his end and the manager at the airport called him and he wasn’t answering! I called him and he answered immediately even though the manager had called him 6 times! This is the most unprofessional experience ever and I will NEVER rent from enterprise ever again! This is awful save your money and time and go somewhere else.

  This company doesn't give you correct prices. They are late to deliver promises. I have lost intrest in renting from them again.

  The sales person in the Tyler Texas, the Front St. location is above board! Sean has helped me before and he is Exceptional The ONLY problem I had was the reservation. It was made by my insurance company and he said they always charge for an extra day One of the reservation is made by your insurance company. Another words I use mine four days and they charged me for five. And of course, I don’t understand that at all
