Called at the beginning of the week to make sure we were set and then the day before to make sure they had the vehicle. Was told they would figure it out. I get there to pick the Large SUV (7 seater) up and they said all they could find was a Durang (6 seater). The guy said sorry, but we didn't get returns. He didn't call other sister stores or anything.

The team went above and beyond to make the entire rental process seamless, quick, and completely stress-free. They were professional, attentive, and took the time to ensure I was set up with the perfect vehicle for my trip. It’s rare to see a team work so efficiently together while maintaining such a high level of personal, friendly care.
