  By far the worst experience we’ve had in our fifteen years of RV ownership. We consigned our unit for six months from the fall of 2025 to late spring 2026. While in their possession, they stole parts off of our rig to assist them in selling another consignment unit on the lot that was missing the parts they needed to get the deal done. Of course they didn’t tell us they had done this until we went to pick it up and we were literally not able to safely hook up because of the parts that had been pilfered. They then tell us that their service manager was known for similar bad practices and they had had issues for a while. They said they could order replacement parts but we’d possibly have to pay for them. After extreme protest against paying to replace our own working stolen parts, they said we didn’t have to pay for the parts but may have to pay for the service department to put them back on. I’m sorry, what?! We protested and they finally conceded to do it themselves. They also left the RV battery on the entire time it was consigned which killed the battery in the unit and when we came to get the rig, they gave my husband a faulty charger to charge it himself that in turn charred his hand upon use. In addition, at the onset of our consignment, they had escrowed the difference between our loan payoff and what we were listing the unit for when we signed with them. I found it very odd but they gave an elaborate reasoning that we could be out of town and may not be able to reconcile the difference timely if they ever sold the unit. So from Day 1 through the six months, they held thousands of dollars of our money, presumably in their own interest bearing account so they could skim the interest earnings as a side income stream. About halfway through our consignment relationship, they called and asked if we wanted to winterize our unit. We only lived about an hour away so we told them we’d come do it ourselves because their service charge was going to be over 10 times what it would cost us to do it. By the time we were heading their way later that day, they said they had already done it and would be taking the charge for service out of our escrow. Fast forward, we came to get our escrow check at the end of our relationship. We came by three times and each time they said the accounting department and/or manager wasn’t available to issue the escrow check. The amount of gas money alone wasted on the back and forth each time we came to get it and it “wasn’t ready” was well over $100, not to mention the wasted time itself. Even the front desk apologized saying someone should’ve called to tell us it wasn’t going to be ready on the second time. When they finally did issue the escrow check for our own money, the winterizing fee that we had not authorized had been lessed out. They said they would talk to the manager to see about getting that refunded. I went by once and called three times asking about the refund check. Every single time, the manager was out of office and wasn’t available to authorize it. It actually became comical. Assuming the manager not being there was true even half the times we were told, is perhaps why their business is such a mess. To this day, all we ever asked was that for the theft of our parts, the wasted gas and time to get our check, the unauthorized service they performed, that they would give us at least the $120 they took from our escrow. Still crickets. I honestly would’ve just counted it all a bad personal experience and left it be, had they done the right thing, but now I feel compelled to write this in hopes no one else goes through this and allows this company to act so egregiously in another setting. In addition, I’m now actively reviewing my options as a consumer to report them as an rv dealer to the state as well.

  This was the worst experience I have ever had and it could have been easily rectified but they attempted to place the blame on my sales guy. Dan Clark was great, he was doing everything he could to try to make this work out. The finance lady acted like she couldn't be bothered with me. She came up once to ask when we could pick up the RV, I mentioned after 5 and was told no. So I asked my husband to speak with her about a pick up time. Not once was it mentioned that we had to wait until picking up to sign paperwork. They just kept assuring the finance lady would be with me. She came back to drop off my credit card receipt then walked away to work with other customers. It wasn't until I asked the sales rep that I learned it was tomorrow. When I asked the finance rep if I could do the paperwork today she said no and didnt give a reason why. When I tried to get more details she said she'd be back and never came back but sent Brandon the manager over. He continued to pass blame to Dan, no one took accountability and the finance lady left. All I wanted was to have a conversation about expectations, yet when I tried to mention this no one took accountability or responsibility for the situation. I requested everything be cancelled and I will not be back. I really wanted this to work out, but I was treated like an inconvenience and ignored I just hope they can learn to treat all customers like they matter.

  We shopped for a motor home that would serve four generations of family. All sales persons were very helpful, cordial, courteous, and listened to our needs. When we found what we decided would work for us everything was explained to us to guide us through the buying process. We did not finance; we paid in full. That was when we felt like we were no longer important to some of the staff. After delivering payment (and listening to various offers!) it seemed to us that there was no longer any interest in us. A very nice guide showed us where things were located inside and out. But then we were given rather poor directions; employees didn't seem to know what was gtoing on; we finally got the keys; there was no offer of practice driving. Fortunately my daughter is experienced at drivi ng even larger vehicles and drove us home. Imagine our shock and surprise when we discovered the license plates were not on the vehicle! Overall, we liked the experience, but the delivery process left much to be diesired.

  Avoid at ALL costs. They royally screwed over my daughter and her husband due to their own neglect and only wanted to get their screw up fixed without adequately fixing what they did to them and fix the known issues brought to their attention. They do not care about the customer….only the bottom dollar!!!!! To Camping Worlds response below; no thanks! They have already been screwed over too much by yall ESPECIALLY your finance managers. BTW - in corporate world, not reading an email from 3 weeks ago is unacceptable and normally gets a person reprimanded and fired!
