He listened and educated us!!!! We scheduled work! As a woman not knowing a lot about cars this was the FIRST time I DID NOT feel like I had gotten ripped off
- OHOtis Holloway2 days ago5.0I had an issue where I was being charged interest after 6 months when it was supposed to be a 12 month promotion and Lane Harrison went out of his way to call corporate on the corporate line to tell them their mistake and they said they would take care of it within the next 1 or 2 billing cycles. So I was very appreciative of that\n Of him. And we'll continue to do business , with Brakes plus

There is only one person working, management needs to be better here about putting 4 cars on one poor worker and him being the only one here. Completely awful he needs a raise genuinely if he has to deal with this. Treat your workers better.

My AC system on my 30 year old car had not been charged up in a very long time and while it still cooled to a degree it was not at its best performance. The team here knocked it out so quick and the price ended up being less than originally quoted which is always a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend for quick service items.
