- CRCC RNMay 3, 20261.0BAD SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. Definitely stay away from this shop!!! I recently had rear brake and rotor change . After this service the vehicle's park brake was not working properly. It was functioning perfectly prior to the service they did . I look it up in the internet like what most people do , that one of reasons has something to do with recent rear brake /rotor change with details of what could have happened. Went there twice asking if they can check the connections / reinstallment. I was straight told they will have to charge 100 plus bucks for diagnosis. THEY refused even to check ! And even if they do offer it , I am no longer interested because the initial bad service done told me to stay away from this shop. I should have listened to my guts that it was already giving me a RED FLAG‼️ When you see a shop with ONLY ONE or NONE at all vehicle parked in front of it, IT TELLS YOU TO RUN!!! I'd say bad business ethics because this is the only shop I have this experience that does not offer resolution but straight will ASK for MONEY! That's how you lose customers and potential ones!Will NEVER RECOMMEND this place even if it is the last shop in Tyler!!!!🤡🤡🤡

Juan was able to help me out at a great price point and professionally saw to it that I was taken care of quickly. Honest, professional and friendly care. They won’t take you for a ride like a lot of mechanics might.
