  If I could give six stars, I absolutely would. My experience at NTB in Tomball was top-tier from start to finish. Corey and Calvin went above and beyond with their customer service and completely changed what I usually expect from a tire shop. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable—more like I was catching up with friends than dealing with a sales counter. There was zero pressure and absolutely none of that “oversell” feeling you sometimes get in this industry. Instead, they took the time to walk me through everything, explained the options clearly, and made sure I fully understood what was needed and why. That level of transparency and patience goes a long way, and it made a big difference in how confident I felt moving forward with the service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing things the right way. Huge thanks to Corey and Calvin for setting the bar high—this is how customer service should be done. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this location to others.

  Corey at NTB in Tomball was so nice and helpful. If I lived closer to this store #4517 I would be using them regularly for service. Every team member was kind and I got out in no time!

  So…this review is long overdue!!!! A couple of months ago, i went to NTB located at on the beltway on the soutside. I want to say the address is 7474 s sam houston e 77085. I paid close to $1100 for new brakes and rotors. Completely overpriced but thats not the problem. I left that place and on my drive home i knew something was wrong. My brakes would slip and almost shudder. I couldnt stop in time or anything. I brought my car to this ntb by my house twice to fix this situation. The other store failed to place a pin for my brakes which caused instability in me stopping. Corey and the manager at this location made leaps and bounds to rectify something that their pazy counterparts fail to do correctly. In the end, i needed new brakes and rotors and now my car is back to normal. I truly appreciate these guys!!!
