  Scott Dill was a pleasure to do business with and the whole Big Tex Tailer family. I went in and looked at a couple trailers, chose one and walked out with it the next day. Simple and easy process

  So I hear Scott is the best in sales I don’t know yet, what I do know is RONNIE & CHAM in service ARE THE MEN. Brought my trailer in for a small welding job and paint, I was guaranteed today and I Was delivered today before close, even though I was late these two stayed late and I appreciate that they dedicated extra time for me, that speaks volume in customer service. I was asked where did I go to purchase my trailer and I responded hwy 45 however I will only do business with FM 2920 location going forward and that’s just off a google search close by my house & the great customer service I received . Ronnie & Cham went beyond measures because I have to be on the road Monday by 6am and they made it happen on a Friday closed until Monday after 6am. Those two men will always be good in my opinion, BIGTEX FM 2920 will get you in and out and specifically ask for RONNIE or CHAM anyone else I can’t speak on!!! Thank You!!!

  I bought a CM truck bed from Big Tex Trailer World in Tomball and had them handle the installation as well. I dealt with Scott throughout the process, and everything went great. He was helpful, professional, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. The installation turned out great (thanks to the install crew) and I’m very happy with the truck bed and the service I received. Scott even helped me load up the factory bed to carry home. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a truck bed or trailer equipment. Great experience all around!

  Picked up a car hauler and service was amazing! Called them Tuesday and it was ready for pick up Wednesday This is the second time we do business with them and it was a pleasure Great people, going back for sure

  Where should I start... Oh Yeah Mr. Scott he is the best. He helped me out on my first purchase. I didn't even have to go in person everything was by message and a few quick phone calls. I couldn't decide either to get a trailer or a Steel flatbed.. Grate service, Communication 10/10. Will do business again..
