  The store manager and another manager Leah were very helpful. They cross referenced part numbers and searched outside the store catalog to find the parts I needed. I will continue to give them my business

  This store has never gave me a particularly good impression, but after my expierence last week i can confidently say its negative! Leah, despite having FIVE seperate customers in line, decided that answering the phone and having a casual convo was the best course of action (the hold button exists you know!). Not only that, she was just generally rude and condesending during our entire interaction. She wouldnt even bother to pull up my account to check the status of a purchase i had made previously, despite me having AMPLE proof that it was MY account. Also, there were 3 other workers (2 being managers) in the store yet she was the only one up front attending to customers? This place has no direction, no courtesy, and the managers have no place being managers! Dreadful

  As a woman, I always dread handling car-related things by myself because I worry about being mistreated or pressured into buying something I don’t need. I can honestly say I didn’t experience any of that here. Despite how busy they were, I was helped right away by Jules. Jules took the time to explain the different battery options available without pushing me toward the more expensive choice. He simply educated me on the differences and let me make my own decision, which I really appreciated. Even though the store was busy, he replaced my battery right away. He worked quickly, was thorough, and answered every question I had without making me feel embarrassed, even though I felt like some of my questions were pretty silly! I also noticed how the employees interacted with each other, especially with Jules. Everyone seemed friendly, respectful, and genuinely enjoyed working together. It created a welcoming atmosphere with no tension or hostility, and that’s exactly the kind of business I want to support. I’m extremely happy with my experience at this AutoZone location, thanks to Jules. He’s earned my trust, and this will definitely be my go-to place for any car needs they can help with. Highly recommend!
