- KWKirsten Willis1 day ago3.0I've had a great service the previous two or three times I came to this Jiffy lube. The one in Huntsville is crap. But then, I get a tire rotation. I go to drive it and now it vibrates and they can't balance the tires so... No one comes in for an oil change and a tire rotation wanting a vehicle that's worse off than it was when it came. And they didn't even reset my oil life monitor. I did that, but when I checked the paper trying to figure out how they rotated my tires, which was not notated, it said that they did reset my oil life monitor. Was told that take five does Tire balancing. They do not.
- DBDavid Bender2 days ago1.0Just had a bad experience. Went to get oil change and wipers fixed since they were jammed. Was told by one person they could fix it and each wiper would be 25. Tried them out again and it wasnt fixed they had just put new blades on which i didnt need at all. Then person who did the work said they dont do actual wiper repair which is not what I was originally told. Recommended nearby auto mechanic McKays (who fixed it quite easily) and was okay with getting swindled for blades because of the good rec. But then i saw the receipt and saw 40 dollar wiper blades. Came back because they upcharged without my consent and got only a portion of the upcharge refunded. I expect the normal attempts to upsell things you dont need but this is next level and corrupt all the way up to the manager. Wont be coming back and there are more honest oil change places nearby.

- CCChassityApr 15, 20261.0I recently went to get my oil changed on the 10th. Orignally I was a satisfied customer. It was quick and they were friendly. On the 12th I noticed my car leaking oil, which was not an issue before. I went back and they inspected my car stating my drain plug washer was "worn". I knew that wasn't the issue as my oil pan was recently replaced yet I didn't say anything because I just wanted to head on my way and they were nice about the situation. Here I am again, 2 days later and my car is still leaking oil. I paid $119 for them to mess up my car causing me to spend $$ I didn't have to prior to using their services. Not a happy customer.
