  Byrd Automotive is an exceptional shop. If you’ve been around the block like I have, having decades of varying experiences, you will immediately recognize the indicators of a great company from the beginning. Communication: I think this is critical in most business relationships, and Byrd Automotive clearly feels the same. Questions are listened to attentively, and the answers are clear and concise, absent or run-around garbage trying to throw you off track. Phone calls are returned quickly if the person you asked for was busy at the time of the original call. Planning: having a clear idea of how the customer and Byrd Automotive will walk hand in hand from where you’re at now and where you want to be when the work is completed is just how they do business every day. It’s their culture. It’s an integral part of how they’ve been in business for so long. Quality work: all the phone calls and planning and great communication won’t matter if the quality of work is subpar. As I said earlier, when you’ve been around the block, you recognize when the indicators are there as a first time customer that things will end up well. And they did. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail. If you need a Carli lift put on your truck, this is the only place in the great state of Texas I would take it. I’m talking from experience; this isn’t the first time I’ve had a Carli lift, and I absolutely will not take another truck to any other shop than Byrd Automotive. The FANTASTIC results at Byrd Automotive leave no room for doubt as to why Carli Inc speaks so highly of Byrd Automotive, and why so many of their customers have left exceptional reviews (those that actually have a clue about mechanics… not the likes of Miss Ogg, and not the likes of the fella that doesn’t have the integrity to remove a bad review when he had a better understanding and agreement with Byrd Automotive). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Byrd Automotive.

  Glen and John were both great to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable. Got the alignment and lift fix on my 2500 in a timely manor.

  Byrd Automotive took really good care of me. As a single woman, I really appreciate finding a shop I can trust. I had actually taken my car somewhere else previously to have it inspected, and when I brought it to Byrd, their prices were considerably better. After reading all of their other reviews and learning that they’ve been in business for 35 years, I can see why they’ve been so successful. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I definitely feel like I found a place I can trust, and I would highly recommend them!

  What a compassionate, caring team with quality service at an economical rate! I brought my car in for the "State-of-the-Car Maintenance Service and Inspection Package." I was met with kindness and respect from the initial phone call to when I initially came onto the property to when I picked up my car. The team did a fantastic job servicing my car and demonstrated high respect to me throughout the process. I am grateful for the whole team, including Glenn and Robbie who went the extra mile to help me.
