  Took the car in for an oil change only to be advised that the service mileage hadn't expired - the previous company that had changed the oil hadn't reset the timer! Byrd reset the timer but otherwise on that occasion I didn't need anything else done.. No charge and they get 5 Stars for being upright and honest. It was my first visit and certainly won't be my last, they're now my go-to service provider.

  Awesome friendly atmosphere. Everyone makes us feel at home. Very knowledgeable and thier customer support is a 10 out of 10. We definitely recommend them to all our family and friends. They did a great job on our AC reading.

  I brought my vehicle in for a transmission issue. The codes were cleared, and I was told no problems were found. After driving only nine minutes, the same transmission issue returned. I expected the root cause to be diagnosed instead of simply clearing the codes.

  The guys listened to my description of the issue with the air, and said they didn't want to guess what was wrong without doing a thorough once over and getting the system to duplicate the issue. They went through the AC system and found it was low on Freon, so they ran leak detection in it and still no leak detected. The technician at the counter went over the notes they took and said they filled the system back up but if it duplicates the issue to call and get back to them for further leak checks. The system is working great and they got the car back to me faster than I even thought possible.
