  I prayed to God to find a decent mechanic that did good work. As usual God far exceeded my expectations. I needed a complete brake change. They didn’t just give me a good price, but took the brake system apart cleaned everything up and put it back together. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I have never had such wonderful service from any company. I will bring my car here from now on. It was a complete pleasure receiving service from people who take such pride in their work. Everyone was friendly and nice. The wonderful gentleman in the front office was personable, professional, helpful and easy to talk to. He had awesome communication and kept me informed through the entire process. If you are reading this review just bring your car here. Don’t go any where else.

  I had an issue with a Carli suspension install performed by another shop and wasn't happy with the results. John was able to quickly identify and correct the problem at a reasonable price. My truck now drives better than ever. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and great to work with. Thank you for allowing me to showcase my truck during the Family & Truck Enthusiast Event. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future work.

  We’re steady customer of Byrd Automotive. Always a careful well thought out job. The complimentary car wash and interior vacuum Is a very nice addition to the fine service.

  Used Byrd for 4 years. They do great work. Tomball shop is awesome. I’ll start with that. Now the bad: This review is specific to their “performance” dept. had a suspension system installed that required welding of radius arms. Was very unhappy with the welds. Looked extremely amateur and unprofessional. Took it back - they said the welds were fine but based on other professional opinions I had them drill some holes for bolts for extra safety and was charged for this. Was expecting much more for what I paid. I suppose they do fine with bolt on stuff. Just don’t let them weld on your vehicle.
