I signed up for an unlimited wash membership when this location first opened and was running a promotion.
At the end of the first month, I went in for my last wash and asked the employee at the entrance to cancel my membership, believing it had been canceled.
Almost five months later, I discovered I had continued to be charged every month, even though I never returned to Quick Quack after that day.
When I called customer service, they said they had no record of my cancellation request. As a customer, my point of contact was the employee who accepted my cancellation request. I had no reason to believe I needed to take additional steps with the corporate office.
They refunded only the most recent month and refused to refund the previous charges.
The wash itself was fine, but the cancellation process was not. Very frustrating and expensive.

Car wash itself is decent , although the service there lied to me about a membership. Stated it was $27.99 for a 3 month membership not mentioning its a monthly charge for 3 months not for the full thing. So i woke up this morning to an unexpected charge due to shady tactics of selling memberships. Just be aware.

Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
