  The best place for anything your car needs! I got my inspection done in just a few minutes, which was unbelievable because it usually takes at least an hour. The staff was fast, professional, and made the whole process incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

  I was at Quick Quack Car Wash a day ago to get my car cleaned. My car decided to be an issue and I was a bit frustrated with the situation. Thankfully the Quick Quack Car guys were so kind enough to try to help me out, after doing so one of them realized Kwik Kar was next door. I followed the employee over to Kwik Kar and we interacted with Wayro. He was with a customer and asked the customer if he could step away to help me for a few minutes. I gathered the customer was a regular with Kwik Kar and did not mind at all. Wayro brought his tools over next door and helped me with my car issue. He was kind and helpful. Wayro told me he knows what it’s like to have issues with a car and it was his job to make sure everything runs smoothly. He did not have to drop what he was doing to help me, even when my car was not on their property. The kindness he extended is greatly appreciated. It’s very rare that you see this in people during these times. I went through the reviews on here and also saw how lots of customers praise him for his work. Wayro has earned my brand trust and loyalty. I will be coming to Kwik Kar to get my car serviced. I know I will be in good hands. Thank you for having Wayro on your team. He is an absolute gem!

  Horrible. I called on advance with make/model and told $65. I checked on arrival, same answer. They rung it up as $110. I complained, they dropped to $80. I was told I had a $4 special filter, which gets to $68.99, so rounded up to $80. No detailed invoice to check. They also gave me option to replace air filter for $50. I think know how much money they want from you, then fit the bill accordingly

  I had a very poor experience here and would not recommend them. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. When I left, my temperature gauge quickly showed the engine running extremely hot, and I could smell and see coolant leaking. I also noticed the underbody/skid plate area had not been put back properly, which made me question the care taken during the service. The visit took much longer than expected - several other customers came and went while I was still waiting. When I brought the vehicle back, they told me the radiator was badly cracked and essentially said there was nothing they could have done during the service that could have caused it. I understand that radiators can fail, and I cannot personally prove exactly what happened, but the timing was immediately after service, and the condition of the underbody plate did not give me confidence that the work had been handled carefully. They did not accept responsibility or offer any meaningful help, and I was left with a repair bill of over $700 for a radiator replacement and coolant service. Overall, this was a frustrating and expensive experience. The issue appeared immediately after my visit, my concerns were dismissed, and I was left paying for the result. I would not return.

  I came in for an oil change and inspection. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. LG walked me through every step of the process while caring for every other customers in the room, constantly scanning for who needed help. Not only that, he made sure to announce every time a customer was on the floor to ensure we're all safe. I felt I was not taken advantage of in anyway (many of these places push services that are unnecessary, LG and his team did not do that, but they ensured I had everything that I need to continue driving safely. I highly recommend coming to kwik-car because they'll take far better care of you than you expect! They even gave me a coupon I didn't ask for. Lifelong customer now!
