  I’ve always come to this location for oil changes and never had any issues before, so I decided to trust them with additional services this time. The customer service itself was friendly and professional. I went in for an oil change, and they also recommended a brake fluid change and air filter replacement, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, after getting back into my car, I noticed a piece from the glove compartment (where they access the air filter) had not been put back correctly. They fixed it when I pointed it out, but now the glove compartment drops down hard when opened and no longer closes properly unless I slam it. It never did that before my visit. Another concern was after the brake fluid service. My brakes felt strange when I started driving, so I mentioned it, and I was told they had forgotten to “pump” the brakes afterward. They corrected it, but hearing that honestly made me feel unsafe and uneasy about the quality of the work performed. I’m sure everything is probably okay now, but between the glove compartment issue and the brake oversight, it definitely affected my trust. Since this location became Grease Monkey, my experience hasn’t felt the same, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

  I needed my AC fix I had already paid for a repair at another shop but it didn't fix the problem. I came here and was amazed. They told me exactly what needed to be fix and they had the parts there. It only took a hour and a half. The price was also very reasonable. 10 out of 10

  Great customer service and all the guys were super friendly and kinda quick, but a little pricey for a place that makes you park yourself in the bay and stay in the car with no offer to sit inside with the a/c. Even though I had the money to spend on an all synthetic oil change, it would have been ideal if some pricing options had been offered before they informed me of their decision to give me the most expensive oil type. Overall, I like the change to Grease Monkey, but I could go next door for quality service at a semi lower price.

  Quick state inspection, took maybe like 10 minutes. Super friendly team that made sure I understood what my car needs maintenance on. Didn’t feel pressured to get services done there but made sure I was aware and showed me the difference between a good air filter and a bad one! 10/10 experience, will go there again.

  Got an oil change from this location. Next day, I woke up to pool of oil in my garage. I went back and they were able to deal with the issue. The guy that was helping me said I'm good to go. I let him know again that my garage is covered in oil, so he goes back and gives me several packets of oil absorbents. This was not a proper compensation for what happened, so I asked for the manager. The manager helped out and gave me half off of next oil change. This is the only reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. I still feel like this isn't enough of a compensation for all the inconvenience. Now I have to spend time and effort cleaning my garage and won't be able to put my car in the garage for a couple days.
