- RWRebecca WoodardSep 24, 20261.0I have had a terrible experience with Grease Monkey in the Colony, TX i had my oil changed on Saturday Srpt 19 3026 and my car has been messed up since. I spent an additional $200 to replace a part that was not broken before the oil change but was broke after. Still not fixed. I want the owner Matt Callahan to contact me directly, immediately. RebeccaWoodard This is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE 5 FOR REVIEW it doesn't matter how fast it was it is horrible. Now my car is broken. I can't drive it any more. How would you like to get your oil changed and end up with a broken car MATT CALLAHAN
- JAJephine AbrahamSep 23, 20261.0My checkout sheet for car state inspection with all my info was given to someone else. I got another car's info and entire owner's info. When i took back to guys to ask them about it. They said it not a big deal and that anyone could find this info on internet. No privacy data protection or safeguards in place to avoid mix ups. They don't check properly who's paying for what car etc.
