  after an oil change at Grease monkeys and a car wash. I was on the road to a funeral and the under undercarriage covering started dragging from underneath my car. it was the most frightening thing that's ever happened to me I stopped at a tire shop and they had to attach it with strip ties so that I could make it to my destination

  DONT TRUST their review score, the name: “Grease Monkey” is accurate. Most reviews are from before Grease Monkey took over and ruined this place. I have been bringing my vehicles here for nearly 20 years. They were locally owned, respected their customers, and did great work at a fair price. Now that grease monkey, took over it’s not worth it. They practice shady business and treat customers terribly. After several of these poor experiences, I will ever take ANY of my vehicles back. But after the way I was treated this morning, I wanted to share my opinion to others. I went in early for an oil change. First I was promptly ignored. They open at 7:45, I pulled up 7:50. Finally this YOUNG man comes out, after looking at me for a few minutes and asks “what do you need, man.” He can’t find my vehicle in their system, so he hands me a iPad and tells me to fill it out. I enter my phone number and hand it back. He says: they have to have my home address and email. ??? For an oil change? I say: no you don’t. I show him how it’s not marked as required on their form. He asks: “is it that big of a deal” I respond with yes. Then he walks off to ‘ask a manager’ and walks out 10 seconds later, clearly talking to no one. Comes to me and says it’s required. I’ve been getting oil changes for 30 years, a lot of which AT THIS VERY BUILDING, and never once has personal contact info been REQUIRED. Obviously it is for marketing. So I turn and say, “alright I’ll talk to the manager”. He responds “You’re not going in there”. Excuse me?!? In summary: avoid this place as long as grease monkey is running it. Bring back business owners that care about the communities they serve and don’t just want marketing leads.
