  I have been going to brakes plus for years and when this location opened up I started coming here because it was closer. I come in for simple things such as a state inspection or an oil change. Every single time at this specific location they seem to find some random thing wrong with my car that costs over $1000 and every time it's been something completely random. Then they start to negotiate the price down and I'm like well why didn't you suggest that in the 1st place. Just seems sketchy like they are required to meet some kind of sales quota for unnecessary expensive repairs. Very well could be valid things but I didn't come here to spend over $1000 when I came for a simple job. Makes me not want to come here for simple things I'll just go back to Jiffy Lube to avoid an unnecessary hassle of trying to scare me into some random unnecessary repair because I'm a woman and you think I'm gullible to these sales tactics..

  Thought I needed an alternator but they tested it and diagnosed the actual issue. Quick, convenient, professional.

  Matthew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. This is my second time at this shop for two completely different issues and they were awesome both times!!

  I came in during my lunch break and under a little bit of a time crunch and they were able to accommodate me. I had a great experience with Matthew and the rest of his team. They were all very professional and helped explain all that they needed to do. I came in concerned about an electrical issue and they helped me see that some more basic maintenance needed to be done (my alternator was not broken as I had feared and they didn't try to sell me anything that was unnecessary). They shopped around for the parts to get me the best price possible and help me not overspend our budget.

  Mathew was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything about my car in a way that was easy to understand. He genuinely tried to help me out and gave me helpful recommendations on what I should check and take care of. I really appreciate how patient and honest he was!
