  Matthew at The Colony store was great! I heard an awful grinding in my front brakes. Matthew invited me to have a free inspection and as it turned out it was probably debris from a recent car wash. There was no problem. So he advised me on future service and sent me on my way with a smile. Thanks Matthew.

  My sister and I were on our way to grab lunch at the KFC next door when, all of a sudden, our tire came off and started wobbling. We were honestly scared and didn’t know what to do, so we went into this shop for help. We were greeted by Matthew, who immediately understood how unexpected and stressful the situation was. He was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, and handled everything so professionally. He even offered to do a free suspension check and took the time to explain different payment options so we could figure out what worked best for us. The entire atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You could tell that the people here truly care about their customers and aren’t just trying to make a sale. I’m so grateful we ended up at this shop when we needed help most. If you’re looking for an honest, caring, and customer-focused auto shop, I highly recommend giving them a visit!

  The guys here, one named Matthew, are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The waiting area is large, air conditioned and has a large screen TV. They also have large informative posters about what is probably going on with your car. Matthew did a great job explaining things to us. All they need to add is a candy machine!

  I needed an oil change and some other work done for my car and they always get me in the day of or the day after; depending on my availability. They always explain what is going on and how urgent everything is. Vanessa is amazing and thoroughly went through what certain things were so I knew what I was paying for. I highly recommended this location.
