  I recently had battery issues and had to have it replaced. I’ve used this location on a few occasions and each time Reggie has gone over and beyond in assisting and providing quality customer service.

  I cannot express how helpful and compassionate Don D. was. He went above and beyond to help us find the correct spline for my daughter's Jeep. This location is excellent. What an incredible customer experience.

  I’m a mobile mechanic and frequent all the major auto parts stores in dfw. With that being said I wanted to give praise to the AutoZone in the Colony. Last night at 10:30pm I saw a stranded motorist stuck in their parking lot and when I pulled up to assist I was met by store manager Edwin and Hayden doing everything in their power to get this car started. I have tremendous respect for the leadership and staff at the colony store. They always go above and beyond and that is why they’re my preferred vendor. Keep up the good work folks!!

  "Reg", the "Service Manager" has terrible customer service! I canceled my parts order and went down the street to deal with someone who has a personality that acts like they give a damn. This dude should go through some more training!

  Needed help with a battery the manager was very nice and help me with my battery. Which I had a warranty on. Highly recommend going there for any parts that you need for your vehicle. Thx guys. What happened to my buddy Matt that used to work there? If you see him or talk to him tell him I said what's up.
