  I was pleasantly pleased with my customer service. The promptness, the enthusiasm to meet all of my requirements in a timely manner. Spoke to me with respect and very thorough with details. Not like a car Saleman, but Professionalism with Care..that is Looking out for your best interest and not wasting your time. Also Keith went above And beyond, with helping me not just get what was just available right then but Hear me out about my concerns and got me into a reliable , comfortable vehicle for my commute. It's very important to feel safe behind a rental vehicle.As we all feel awkward driving someone else's car in the aspect of it being a rental. Mrs Olivia Is Berry informational and energetic?Especially being so early in the morning when I called\nAnd the same was met when I came to drop my vehicle off with respect and not tiredness and ready to shove me off and get me out the door. Both Both team members are excellent at their job and definitely deserve raises.. It is hard to find well rounded People in the working world with the public that actually treat people in this manners. 1000% recommend

  They rented my parents, who are at a respectable age of almost 80, a vehicle while theirs is being repaired, that sits in the garage and won't start if they need something or want to go to church like they do every Sunday or if something happens and they need to get somewhere quickly. Right now quickly wouldn't be very quick when there's an almost brand new $80k rental in the garage that won't start. Think I'll be renting elsewhere.

  Enterprise made our entire rental experience absolutely amazing! The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and we felt like we received great value for what we got. The gentleman who helped us with pickup was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and provided exceptional customer care. The young lady who helped us with the drop-off was just as wonderful—very nice, friendly, welcoming, and had the most beautiful smile! She did an amazing job as well. We truly loved everything about our experience with Enterprise. From the service to the overall experience, everything was top-notch. We will definitely choose Enterprise again for our future rental needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great rental experience!
