  The technician (John) called ahead, arrived early, worked efficiently and did a great job, even transfering TollTag sticker. Sheduling online was easy and fast. Safelite filed on my insurance automatically.

  Progressive scheduled my vehicle for a drop-off at 7:30 AM and advised me that the shop opens at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:28 AM, only to be met by a very rude female employee who told me my vehicle should have been there at 7:00 AM. That was frustrating, especially since Google also lists their opening time as 8:00 AM. The actual service on my vehicle was fine, but they really need to update their operating hours and communicate them correctly with Progressive so customers aren’t put in this situation. If I hadn’t had a $0 deductible through my insurance, I would have chosen a different repair shop based on this experience.

  Don’t believe their commercials. I am so dissatisfied with Safelite. First time the Texarkana shop came out they couldn’t do the recalibration. I called wanting to schedule an appointment to take my car to the Bossier City shop. I was told it was closed but the Shreveport shop could come to me 2 days later between 8am-12pm. The morning they were to be here, I got a call from the Texarkana Safelite saying they could be there that afternoon. Got a text saying the technician would be there at 4. Got another text saying the technician would be there between 5:30-6. When he got here he could not replace my windshield because he could not recalibrate my car. I wasted a whole day waiting on them, and I still have a cracked windshield. Satellite has a communication problem. It is very difficult to talk to a real person and even then the customer service representatives don’t have accurate information.

  Misty came out from the Texarkana office. She replaced my 2014 Ford Focus windshield; highly professional. I recommend her as well as Kason, both have excellent customer service skills.

  Called Safelite to replace our windshield. Two of our kittens were up by him playing with the technician. The technician eventually took the kittens with them. If you allow them to come on your property better stand there with them so they don’t take things from you.
