Hands down Top Notch service and selection of trucks. Tyler was super helpful from setting up the rental to helping out with a minor inconvenience we ran into. Delivering the truck back was super simple and a please because of Shedrick! You cannot go wrong renting from these guys and this locating. Thank you Tyler and Sheddrick for making us feel valued and taking care of us!

I found myself needing a rental car when our family vehicle had an unexpected trip to the shop. The regular rental side had no available vehicles, but they suggested I speak with the truck rental office at the same location. I explained my situation to Sheddrick, and he immediately went to work. He found me a Ford F‑250 Super Duty that I could use for the next few days while our vehicle was being repaired. He was great to work with and gave me the best daily rate he could. About three hours later, I learned our family vehicle was already finished and ready for pickup. I called Sheddrick to let him know I no longer needed the rental, and he was able to cancel the remaining days at no cost to me. I left Enterprise Truck Rental that day genuinely thankful for Sheddrick and his excellent customer service. Thank you!

Very busy location with not a lot of vehicles available. Overheard them saying multiple times they were expecting returns nearer 5pm.

Needed a truck to haul my RV. Was quick to get reservation. Emily was awesome and although we had to delay pick up time, it all worked out well. Emily and the team at Texarkana Bishop location is amazing. Will certainly be renting again.
