  Mostly a great experience. Only issue was being told they could do pick up and then I don't know if I was forgotten about or what but I had to call back after 30 minutes not hearing from anyone to get someone out to pick me up. Other than that, it was fine.

  We were very impressed with our rental. Tyler, was very helpful, kind, and made sure we were set for our Dallas trip. On my return Andrew was waiting to make sure my return was seamless. I cannot forget about Jeff the driver that dropped me off at home. Very polite and kind as well. They get an A+ from me. Don't change keep up the excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!

  The Rental Manager was all over the place when it came to my rental I had a previous accident and need a car just to last a week. The first car she hands me is a 24’ Toyota Corolla. She doesn’t even ask me what car I was comfortable driving but fast forward the car runs fine for three days and on my birthday the car just stops the engine ticks when I try and turn the car on so I had to wait an hour to get another rental car I already had my plans made but I look at the window sticker on the car and it’s 8,000 miles over due for servicing which that whole situation could’ve been avoided if she paid attention to what she was handing me. So I come to Enterprise to get another rental I’m there for almost an hour and the manager completely looks over me as if I’m not there I had already called them prior saying that the car they originally gave me was having issues. So one of the other employees there was very helpful and was doing his best. The manager gave me a brand new Hyundai Elantra had only 2,000 miles and didn’t have it for a day it says it needs maintenance. So I call the store again and tell them what’s going on the employee that helped me the other day told me that car that the manager gave me was due for maintenance and they had received an email of all the cars that needed maintenance. So I got another car which was really nice and wish they gave it to me before all of this but at the end of the day the whole week was stressful for me and I would at least rate this enterprise a 3/10.
