I Love going to the Enterprise in Texarkana on Bishop... Shania is Amazing...She remembers me each time that I come in to rent a car...She is always smiling and greeting customers as they enter the building...Shania is polite and courteous to each customer that she is assisting... I always enjoy interacting with her... Gaylon was the employee that got me checked in..He has this Awesome smile that sticks with you...He introduced me to a new employee...That let me know that team work is happening at this location...Gaylon walked me through the new process and he was thorough...Once the walk through was complete, he said enjoy your trip and we will see you when you get back... We had a really good conversation about getting up early to take a long distance trip...He's such a great young man... When we arrived back from our trip, Shania and Gaylon were there and they welcomed me back...Shania checked out the vehicle and Gaylon told me to have a good day... I will continue coming back to this location...Thanks for all that you both do...

Extremely frustrating experience. I reserved a car online for same-day pickup, received the reservation, and even paid for an Uber to get to the location. Once I arrived, I was told they do not do same-day rentals. If that is the policy, the website should not allow customers to make a same-day reservation in the first place, or it should clearly warn customers before confirming the reservation. At no point during the online reservation process was I told that I wouldn’t be able to pick up the vehicle. I wasted my time, spent money on an Uber, and arrived expecting a vehicle that I had every reason to believe was reserved for me. This was completely avoidable with basic communication and an accurate reservation system. Very disappointing experience and a major inconvenience.

Mostly a great experience. Only issue was being told they could do pick up and then I don't know if I was forgotten about or what but I had to call back after 30 minutes not hearing from anyone to get someone out to pick me up. Other than that, it was fine.
