  Had a reservation, through insurance and unfortunately the manager(Shania Blanton) had very poor customer service, she doesn’t care about the customer, she just made me wait, and when I called they put me in hold for over 15min, the only way I could talk to them was by requesting a reservation with NO insurance. Once I got to the store they made me wait again and she clearly did not have the intention of helping me. This is the first time I been mistreated and given bad customer by Enterprise, I’m surprised that they still have her as a manager. It was Tyler who went out of he’s way and actually went to the back to get me the vehicle I had reserved. He is great! I hope this review gets to Enterprise corporate.

  Made a reservation and was contacted 30 mins before I was supposed to pick up the car. Was told they were fully booked and then he said he had a lobby full of people. So obviously reservations aren’t first priority at this location. That’s the whole point of making reservations instead of doing walk ins.
