I had work done on my 2015 Chrysler 300S at this shop in June 2025. The work was supposed to include the lifters, rocker arms, camshaft, gaskets, etc. I was specifically told by the owner, “You might as well replace all the lifters and rocker arms. They’re like spark plugs—if you replace one, the others will go out.”
So I took their advice and agreed to have all 24 lifters and rocker arms replaced, along with the other repairs. I paid close to $4,000 for the work.
Fast-forward about a year and the exact same ticking noise comes back.
I contacted the shop and spoke with a gentleman who told me the warranty was 1 year or 12,000 miles. I had driven just over 9,000 miles, so I was still within the mileage portion of the warranty. He said he needed to contact the parts department and would get back to me.
No call.
A day later, I called back. That’s when I had the pleasure of speaking with Rita—the rudest customer service experience of the entire situation. She told me they still needed to contact the parts department. A few minutes later, she called me back and said they were still waiting for the parts department to respond.
Then came the waiting game.
Nine days went by.
I called again because, apparently, expecting a simple warranty update after spending nearly $4,000 was asking too much. I explained to Rita that I had called over a week earlier and was simply looking for an update.
Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she raised her voice at me, told me she was the one who handled the calls, and then hung up on me.
Classy.
Nearly three weeks later, I still hadn’t received a call back.
At that point, I stopped expecting one.
I also stopped expecting this shop to fix my vehicle.
I took my car to a reputable mechanic here in town, and guess what? My car was fixed for HALF of what I paid this shop.
And here’s the part that really bothers me: I was originally told to replace all 24 lifters and rocker arms because replacing only some would supposedly result in the others failing. Yet after paying nearly $4,000, I later discovered that only half of them had actually been replaced.
So let me get this straight: I followed the shop owner’s recommendation, paid thousands of dollars for the “complete” repair, stayed within the stated mileage warranty, experienced the same problem again, and then couldn’t even get a return phone call.
That’s not customer service. That’s $4,000 worth of silence.
I don’t expect a call back anymore. I don’t expect them to fix my car. And after this experience, I certainly won’t be trusting this shop with another vehicle.
The good news? I found a mechanic who actually stands behind his work—and he fixed the problem for half the price.
One star because Google won’t let me give zero. ⭐

Vehicle ‘inspection’ is bumper to bumper complete with photos and even video if needed for documentation. Highly recommended. Not all problems require immediate repair so this lets you know what you got. You can plan ahead and not be surprised later.

Customer service is absolutely phenomenal here, The pic who they have here are so attentive and work in a very timely manner, they gave a very detailed report including photos and videos sent an email about everything that was wrong with my vehicle, they even were able to show me different financing options, (in the comfort of a nice waiting room with free wifi and water) ,As some of their work is pretty expensive, all together I give them five stars and the gentleman by the Name Of Jim is very kind. He even got me a way home, when he told me all the work was going to take longer than expected.
