  Complete sham..never fixed tractor just inflated pricing for a nonexistent job never done..fraud. We won’t be returning to this location ever. All they can say is the technicians are paid hourly. What does that mean? They don’t know what they are pretend doing!

  A quick post to recommend Justin Hargett and United Ag in Terrell. I purchased a 5050e with several implements in December and the sales was fast and smooth. Fast forward to a few days ago, I had trouble hooking up the Rotary Mower PTO on a Saturday afternoon. Even though the store closed at noon, Justin stayed on the phone with me throughout the afternoon. When we couldn't solve the issued, he came out a couple of days later and addressed it personally. In the end, it was user error on my part. Exceptional service, exceptional communication. Recommend 100%.
