From the very start, you took the time to really listen to the challenges we were having with our current equipment, and you patiently walked us through a variety of excellent John Deere options that could meet our needs. Thanks to your guidance, we ultimately chose the 3043D, and I’m thrilled with both the tractor and the great price you were able to secure for us. I also want to extend my appreciation to the entire United Ag team for getting the tractor prepped and ready so quickly. The delivery driver was fantastic—professional, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Justin.   A quick post to recommend Justin Hargett and United Ag in Terrell. I purchased a 5050e with several implements in December and the sales was fast and smooth. Fast forward to a few days ago, I had trouble hooking up the Rotary Mower PTO on a Saturday afternoon. Even though the store closed at noon, Justin stayed on the phone with me throughout the afternoon. When we couldn't solve the issued, he came out a couple of days later and addressed it personally. In the end, it was user error on my part. Exceptional service, exceptional communication. Recommend 100%.

  My Uncle who is in his 70s with Alzheimer's recently went in this location and my Aunt told me that Brad in parts was the kindest and most patient person to him. All he has left, in his eyes, is his mower and it needs an oil change. I'm going to change it but he gets obsessed and insisted on taking his owners manual up there and telling them what he needs done. Brad handled it with grace and respect. Thanks for treating my Uncle with respect and helping my Aunt keep him happy! Great work Brad! Give that man a bonus!
