Won't be stopping at this dump again. Dennys looked nice, but I won't spend money any place that expects you to pay for the privilege of parking. Bathrooms looked like a good place for a pandemic...

If you would have let me pay with my card at the counter for my parking spot. Instead of making me use the app. I would have given you five(5⭐️) stars. Other than that, very polite and professional staff also very helpful.

My husband and I team drive and needed somewhere to stay for a few hours. This was our pick. Parking is decent, not a lot of spaces but quiet and organized unlike most. So that is a plus. I probably would’ve gave you at least 4 stars but it baffles me how lazy people in customer service can really be. As most drivers know, we sometimes have to get a BOL printed out, and almost every truck stop you go to will do it for a small fee. Which is totally fine, I never expect anything for free. But when you are just lazy and don’t want to do anything, telling me you don’t have a printer, which we all know is not true, because how do you get all your paperwork daily that you need? You should’ve just told me it was broken or you didn’t have time, even though it is 01:25 am. I respect honesty more than a bold face lie. Do better. I won’t stop here anymore. There are plenty of other places that would be more than happy to help us out. As much money as we spend at truck stops the least you could do is print off the BOL that we pay for. It’s not like you are doing it for free and going out of your way.
