  This was honestly my first good experience buying a car. I was able to go from website inquiry to purchase in a single day. I texted back and forth with Philip. He was extremely responsive, even texted me a video of the exact model I was interested in. They gave me a no BS deal on a lease, I test drove, signed, and drove off in my new Tuscon that day. Everyone in the office I met from managers to finance team were extremely polite and went out of their way to introduce themselves. This was the first time I left a dealership feeling like a got a great deal and wasn't getting screwed. It was really refreshing. If you're looking for a Hyundai this is where you need to go.

  We had an awsome team helping us get into my beautiful 2025 Genesis!! We flew in from Midland and they were already paciently waiting for us. We were in and out in less than an hour. Brent Railsback did our paperwork and explained everything very well and made us comfortable and answered any question we had. Gerardo Flores THE BEST sales guy we have ever encountered. He was on point sent us a video of our Genesia within 20 minutes any questions I had he responded and til today checkup on us to see how we doing with our 🚗.   We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! Brent was our salesman & he was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient through the whole process while we test drove, asked questions, shopped around, & made our final decision. Shopping for cars can often be very stressful with lots of pressure. Brent never made us feel that way. We also had great service with the manager & finance department. I'm very happy that we decided to shop at this dealership. It's still very early but I'm loving the Palisade so far! If you're car shopping then I recommend heading to Hyundai of Terrell & asking for Brent.

  We recently went in to service our Hyundai and were greeted by the friendly and pleasant front desk receptionist. She was great about letting us know what would be done and about how long it would take. She said she would do her best to get us out within 2 hours. Right as we were told our vehicle was ready and just being washed we were approached by the GM Robert, he was very friendly and talked to my husband and I then asked if we were interested in looking at the 2026 Palisade models and he would help us get good deal. He brought Juan one of their sales person and Juan showed us one of their Palisades, he showed us all the features and Juan was great and very detailed about the functionality of the vehicle. Juan let us test drive the vehicle. We were sold! In the end Robert and Daniel worked together to get us the best deal on the vehicle we liked. Santos quickly and precisely went over the finance part of our purchase. Juan was excellent and cheerfully helped us transfer our personal items to our new vehicle. We were treated with such respect and courtesy by the staff. We are returning customers and will do it again. We are very happy with the service we received and with our 2026 Palisade.
