  What a great experience my husband and I had here!! Brent Billingsly helped us and was so efficient! He made it a very smooth and easy experience! Communication was great, super responsive and we got a great deal on our new Santa Fe hybrid! We filled out the application online the day before and once everything was approved, we were in and out of the office in an hour! They had everything ready for us when we got there! Just super pleased with this car buying process!!

  Five stars for Clay Cooley Hyundai in Terrell! Brent (sales) and Robert (manager), and Edwin (finance) made buying my new Palisade Hybrid an absolute breeze. They were highly professional, exceptionally courteous, and kept me in the loop with updates while my car was in transit. They also made sure everything was 100% good to go before I left. Great customer service all around!

  I am very satisfied with my experience with Clay Cooley of Terrell I took my car in for my recalls on my car they fixed it with no complications and they also went as far as tell me what else needed to be done with my car so that told me that they did the full inspection on my car without me asking them to they did on their own and told me what needed to be done to my car so that was very nice of them and I would highly recommend them to anyone

  The service department here is hands down the best I've seen at any dealership. I work in the Transportation industry so I have to speak to various dealerships for my own fleet so when I tell you that these folks will take care of you then please take it heart. On two separate occasions we had to work with Levi and let me tell ya, we will not work with anyone else but him. This guy does very thorough work and approaches every angle to take care of his customers. This level of initiative and attention to detail is rare to come by these days. I hope he aspires to be in charge of that department one day.

  This could not have been a better above-and-beyond customer service experience at Clay Cooley Terrell. From the moment I was greeted in the service drive by Levis, the visit set the standard on what a dealership service experience should strive for. Not only did they provide a timely oil change, they completed my two recalls within 45 minutes, a task that another dealership said would take six hours and could not be performed on a Saturday. In addition, while we waited, Levis provided a shuttle service to and from the outlet mall so we could complete our shopping while we wait. Robert was a safe and courteous driver and I truly appreciated him taking us to the outlet mall. I will never again go to another Hyundai dealership. Thank you so much for making my Saturday service experience quick, seamless, and efficient!!
