I show up cause i need my car back to get to work and he will need his. If they haven't done it yet, I'll go elsewhere! When I arrive, my car is sitting in the parking lot, it's done! No paperwork turned in so the receptionist is aware that it's complete. Not a clue how long it has been sitting there completed, while my husband waits in the lobby! Poor girl was getting it from a few customers because they have been waiting over 2 hours as well! Why make an appt !!???
