They changed my oil in under 15 minutes, topped off my fluids and tire pressure and informed me of a couple recommendations based on my vehicles mileage. They did not pressure me to get anything done, just informed me of my options. The service person was even kind enough to give me $5 my service and free waters. If you're in need of a quick oil change, I would highly recommend this location, they are fantastic.
- JJJessiccaAug 13, 20261.0I had an oil change done at this location on August 8. My receipt states that the “Oil Drain Plug & Gasket” was checked and marked OK. I was also told afterward that the drain plug had been worked on/repaired without my authorization and I now need a new pan. Shortly after the service, my vehicle developed a severe oil leak and is now unsafe to drive. I filed a claim with Valvoline Customer Support, which is why the area manager contacted me. Unfortunately, that conversation became defensive and unprofessional. I was later told that the location does not want the vehicle back and is suggesting a new oil pan. Valvoline has not accepted liability, and I am now having the vehicle independently inspected and documenting everything. I’m extremely disappointed, not only by what happened to my vehicle, but by how the situation has been handled afterward. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed documentation of your vehicle and service if you use this location.
