I have been working with them for years, and will continue Kenneth and his team will go over and above to meet all your Farm & Ranch needs, from small to large ! In one word that goes forever with folks in this industry… Respect! Thanks for bringing my go to source for all things GREEN!

  Customer service at this location is non-existent! We entered the store and found no one minding the store! Two people were talking in an office and completely ignored us; an older man (possibly a customer?) was sitting at the parts counter; and so we wandered throughout the store, looking for an associate so we could purchase a replacement seat, tractor cover, and a fertilizer spreader. After about 5 minutes, a person came from the "employees only" area carrying several boxes, and gave them to the man sitting at the counter. Several minutes later, another couple entered the store at which time one of the men who had been talking in the office when we entered approached them asking: "May I help you?" Surely this had to be a joke! My (adult) son and I had been unsuccessfully looking for assistance for 15 minutes, and completely IGNORED! I approached one man sitting in an office and asked, "Doesn't John Deere care about customer service anymore?" His response? "I thought you were looking for sales or parts!" So, according to his logic, if you are looking for Sales or Parts, you obviously do not need assistance! No thanks, I will now do my shopping online!

  Clean store, great salesman overall good experience. Ask for Jacob when you go in! Nothing beats a honest salesman.

  A very good experience throughout. From the purchase to the follow up to make sure everything was in working order to scheduling a repair on one of the lights. Excellent customer service.
