  Let me start with, the car wash actually cleans your car, my rating goes to the staff & customer service of this location. I went for a normal wash, at the end of my wash the door at the end of the tunnel was closed, in my head I thought hey it’s “automatic” or it should have been. So I paid close attention, my hood was inches away from running into the door and my Lower bumper already made contact with the door. The door finally opens and rips off my license plate bracket and scrapes the hell out of my bumper. Staff responded to me honking the horn and got the manager involved due to the collision. So far everything is great we are working on a solution to the mishap. He says “its our fault the guys weren’t paying attention” great he owns up to it then I’m told to visit a body shop to get an estimate, “we send people here all the time “ -manager Pablo I get my estimate, $1,600 in damages from the car wash. I ask if there will be rental car reimbursement for losing my vehicle for repairs since their car wash damaged it. “No” -manager Pablo. I then call the regional manager Kevin, who pretty much tells me to kick rocks I have no information for you, we are gonna file an insurance claim but can’t tell you our insurance companies name etc. An hour later Pablo reaches out asking me to go to a different body shop because he didn’t like the estimate. At this point I’m already inconvenienced so I told him no, you want a cheaper estimate and it’s not my problem. They definitely didn’t like that, but this whole situation was red flag after another. I’ll update this review if their insurance follows through because this whole situation is screaming red flags. I have a 2024 Silverado that was in great condition, I enjoyed this car wash, had signed up for a monthly membership but due to this whole interaction today I will not pursue business with them anymore. UPDATE-Their insurance United fire group did eventually pay for the damages and provide a rental. I don’t understand why they had to be so secretive. My rating of 1/5 stands against the managers of this location. Do better

  I recently moved to the area and I’ve had horrible experiences with the other car washes in the area, but Tommy’s has great quality and it’s always clean also the vacuums always work. If you forget your detailing kit they do have a $5 kit they provide it comes in handy. Today specifically Qavi was very nice was outside cleaning the area and checking up on customers over all lovely experience 10/10.

  Shaun was a great help with my car wash needs thank you. Our family loves coming here do to the clean environment as well as great care from there staff.

  Kenya M. was awesome on my first car wash here! Super friendly and helpful & he even gave me some cleaning supplies. Great service and my car looks amazing. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I love coming to the car wash today. Tommy express car wash. My man Shaun made sure I had a great experience and discussed about other features here at Tommy express car wash. The have carpet cleaner for carpet and rubber mats with vacuuming and buying a car wash kit. Great experience and will definitely be back and add my other cars to the list to get washed. Thanks Shaun
