From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. The level of care and attention they showed really made a difference in my experience.   I've had several interactions with some employees here, one of them was amazing, a tall blonde woman i forget her name but she was incredibly helpful and intent on making sure i was taken care of properly, the first woman i spoke with at the counter was also great, but i just had a phone conversation with one who was extremely confusing in how she was attempting to explain the process of extending a rental and the financial aspect involved with that. She gave me directly conflicting numbers and a line of info about how the deposit worked that made no sense and could not key into what i was trying to understand with the process at all. She maintained a respectful customer service tone but at one point i definitely picked up on an obstinate attitude like it was some major chore to be explaining any of this. Once i put the puzzle of her words together it was clear the end result was exactly what i originally thought it was but she had decided to make things complicated i guess? Along with the unwillingness to go for a free upgrade and making me wait 5 hours and the vehicle being a mess (which by the 5 hour mark i was intent on leaving and not waiting for them to clean it or get me a different car) when i first picked up the car i think I'll try going somewhere else next time. I've probably rented 100-120 vehicles in my life and this whole experience has been a first for me.

  Wasn’t a bad service but I’m upset because my 300 dollar deposit I only got 215 of it back because since they were closed for Easter they charged me a extra day even though we returned it on Saturday. That doesn’t make sense to me. I picked up the car on Friday at around 5:30pm and brought it back Saturday at 11pm. Even on our reservation it said we would bring the car back at 11:30pm. They told me at the office this was fine when picking up the car. Then come today I had to call them because I still haven’t gotten my 300 deposit back and it’s because they forgot to check me out. They checked me out and the lady told me well it’s because they were closed Sunday and didn’t come back till Monday so I got charged a extra day with the car.. how does that make any sense.. so I lose 85 dollars and get charged a extra day that I didn’t even have the car? I returned it Saturday. Don’t yall have cameras to confirm this? Pretty ridiculous. Won’t be getting a car from here again.
