  If you dont have a credit card or utility bill in your name, forget about renting a car from them. You can have a debit card, a driver's license, and car insurance in your name but they will not let you rent. It's frustrating because that information should've been present on the website whwn the reservation was made. Not only did I miss two hours of work, but I lost money taking a Uber up there and back, but my time was wasted.

  First time renting from Enterprise as I usually always rent from Hertz. Went on a Saturday and there were quite a few customers. They only had 2 employees working the counter. They need to have more staff on the weekends because these workers are running around in circles trying to service everyone the best that they can. *Owner if you see this, put more workers on Saturdays* The cute blonde girl checked me in, she was thorough with the whole process and notated any major dings on the car. She was polite, caring and very friendly and she did a great job considering she was handling multiple customers. Would've given 5 stars but again, under staffed for a Saturday and made things move slow. SCHEDULE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SATURDAY!!!

  As a frequent business traveler who rents cars regularly, this is consistently one of the most frustrating Enterprise locations I've used. Despite reserving vehicles in advance and using the online "check-in" feature, I've been told by employees that the check-in system "doesn't actually do anything" because they don't use it. Even with reservations, they seem to not have any visibility into what vehicles are available or when cars will be returned, resulting in long waits nearly every visit. To avoid waiting, I've often offered a vehicle immediately—but it's usually dirty and hasn't been properly cleaned/sanitized. When I asked if another location had a more streamlined service model, I was simply told the next closest Enterprise was about 30 miles away and that I could drive there instead. The location itself is also difficult to navigate. The parking lot is extremely congested and challenging to enter and exit, and there aren't even trash cans available for customers returning vehicles. I understand that rental locations get busy, but these same issues have occurred repeatedly over many rentals. Frequent travelers rely on efficient service, clean vehicles, and accurate reservation management. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short in all three areas.

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff and it doesn’t feel fake. Good service is hard to find these days but kudos to all the folks working here. I highly recommend!

  Rented a van from this site for a family trip to Florida. Van was walked down prior to rental and all defects were noted even though it was pretty beat up for a 2025. We started our journey across the Southern US on way to Florida and my daughter in the 3rd row asked about the weird noise it was making. I noticed a loud humming coming from the rear drivetrain and thought it might potentially be a bearing going out, kept an ear on it until we got to Florida to sort it out. This is where the fun starts, messaged the automated SMS service that was sent to me on departure stating to use that for reaching out with any problems, received no response from them. Called the customer service hotline and listed the van as having a mechanical issue, they directed me to a local enterprise facility to swap, well joke was on me, that worker almost laughed at me when I asked to swap my van out even though it was apparently updated on the reservation. He directed me to the airport since they have more inventory. Great I guess, drove another 30 minutes to airport to the Enterprise Rental counter for a 23 year old manager to tell me there was nothing he could do since I wasn’t “his customer”. I asked if he worked for Enterprise and he told me his company is privately owned and his has no obligation to swap out my van. He told me good luck and if it breaks down and has to be towed then that’s the way it goes. Called customer service hotline to fill them in on all of this and they directed me to get another location for swap, same story. No inventory for swap, can’t help you, blah blah. That store said they would check into it and call me back. Never heard anything. I risked it and drove the van back to Texas with the rear end sound never getting better and made it to the after hours drop off. TL;DR, Van had a wheel bearing going out and made a bunch of noise. Customer service and 3 different locations could’ve all cared less. I will never rent from Enterprise again and will make sure all of my family/friends know how they treat their customers.
