I was schedule to return my vehicle on 7/29 but told the counter that I will return on the 28th since I only needed it for 4 more hours and had a flight out the morning of the 29th and was told just to park it and drop the keys in the after hours drop box. So I did and received a receipt on Thursday the 30th with an additional day charged? I called the corporate line they said to call the store directly and speak with the Manager so I did. Was told that he was busy and he would call me back. I asked if I could have his email. Was put on hold and was told that he does not give out his email. But he would definitely call me back. Well I received no call back. I guess I’m just gonna have to play this merry-go-round with corporate to get my extra day charge erased. I get that it’s busy but if you can’t do the most minimal thing in customer service to simply return a call. Then something is wrong and you shouldn’t probably be in management.
