- ACAJ Calahan6 days ago1.0Came in to get an alignment, the guy told me 40minutes to an hour, no big deal. The alignment bay was clear and they didn’t move my truck in for 45 minutes, guys were just sitting around on the phone. Took my truck for a pre drive test but didn’t do it afterwards as I was told before, I watched the guy lower my truck off the lift and drive it and park it. When they came back to get me to check out I told him he didn’t do the after drive test and he questioned the guy which he said he did but I clearly watched him not do it. Will not be back for business or recommend anyone to come to this shop.
- CMCourtney Monfort6 days ago1.0Had an 11am appointment time. Got there at 10:45. They never got our car in until 12pm. Another lady with a 12 pm appointment came in and she got done before we did. We sat at brakes plus for 5 hours before it was done and we only got front brakes done.

A special shoutout to Cole—he was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such honest, welcoming customer service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable auto care!
