  I had my GMC serviced for air conditioning recharge and driver passenger window to be fixed. It took a while to get the back window functional but there were on foreseen issues in one of the parts in transit. It was also 4th of July weekend so that could have been the biggest factor in the delay in the part arriving. The beginning of this was rough but all in all Joel was very kind and tried being diligent in his efforts to get our vehicle fixed and back to us to the best of his ability. We have our vehicle back and Joel even went the extra measure to bring my vehicle to me as I hadn't had a chance to buy a car seat so he gave the extra kindness of doing what worked for me and I am pleased and grateful.

  Super sweet people! I called and spoke with Katt to see if they can fix a bulb, told her I was down the street and I literally spent 5 minutes there! Super quick and simple! Thank you to the quick tech as well!

  I decided to try Brake Plus to get my oil changed. They got me in and out in about 20 -25 min. It wasn't super expensive like other places. Great customer service from everyone. This is the main reason I was trying a new place I enjoy friendly service. If my car runs as smooth as their customer service I will definitely be a returning customer. Also Kathy the manager was very helpful with a coupon for my first visit as well as telling me the best day to get the half off. Thank you.

  As an older woman and not very knowledgeable about car maintenance, I took my car here to get my tires rotated and brakes checked. Was welcomed by Cole, was nice to get greeted as I entered. Told him what I was there for, no problem. Took my car right back, came and got me, showed me my brakes were great, didn't need new ones yet. Now, they could of told me different and I wouldn't of questioned it. Catherine, manager checked me out, I asked what maintenance I would need, she took the time and looked it up. WILL DEFINITELY Go back!! Thank you!!!

  If you’re looking for a reputable place to take your car, Brakes Plus Is The Best!!! They are transparent and honest, an answer to prayer. Joel was very helpful helping me to schedule an appointment and a brief overview of what I could expect, and the team didn’t disappoint. Cole kept me informed about options and outcomes very helpful. The manager Catherine runs a tight ship and is spoken well of , by her her employees. They put customer service as a very high priority. I will never go anywhere else.
