  DON’T COME IN THE RAIN NEEDING HELP. I was outright refused the moment I asked for help from Josh to put on my windshield wipers. At a time one would need good wipers most it is raining. Had it been down pouring I would have NEVER asked. I had my umbrella ready for whoever assisted and parked at the front. He then piggy backed that excuse with he’s alone in the store. The help I thought I had when I purchased nearly 400 in product fell through otherwise I would have asked the day I purchased. I will be returning everything and shopping elsewhere from here on out. It takes one bad experience to tell me I don’t need to spend my money here and to warn others not to.

  Instead of doing the testing asked, the worker told my husband to go to another store to get help because he didn’t want to get sick from touching things.. because people have been getting sick lately..

  No store employee greeted us walking into the store, the employees did not direct us to the self checkout, had to locate it ourselves. Overall customer service was poor.
