People: PLEASE clean up your rental. If you don’t then the staff has to clean it and then the customer has to wait. Everytime I come here they always have to clean my rental. It really sucks because I might have things to do that day like go to work, eat, and even really have to use the bathroom, but I’m stuck at the rental office just waiting for my car. Today it’s been almost an hour. The other days it’s like 30-45 minute waits. I’d just like to see less time on waiting, that’s all. Please 🙏🏻

I waited for almost 2 hours causing me to miss scheduled meetings for them to find and bring a COMPACT truck. I am 6'3" ! The little Toyota truck was filthy inside and out. After 2 days they were able to swap me into a full size Chevrolet truck. The truck was filthy inside and out. I had to ask the manager to come out and clean food out of the back seat. She acted like it was no big deal. I had to go directly to car wash. Do better !

We literally booked them last minute for our family vacation after Avis and Budget completely dropped the ball. I would definitely recommend them. While I can't remember everyone's names, every single person who helped us was absolutely wonderful.
