    John and Victory were amazing! I love the service, my daughter enjoyed going through the car wash. I had an amazing experience at this car wash! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They did an incredible job—my car looks spotless inside and out! I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for exceptional service and outstanding results. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I was offered a free detail kit to post a review. I declined the offer as I am firmly against businesses who entice people to leave fake reviews, or similar for free items. So I figured I would hop on here and still leave one on my own accord. There are several car washes in the Garland area that I would choose before this one. The employees-Top notch and very friendly. My review is solely based on the choices the company/owner made. First and foremost as you go through the car wash you can smell the recycled water. The water has a very distinct dirty water smell. It’s enough to make you gag. The biggest gripe of all. We are in Texas. Why in the world the owner opted for the world’s smallest awning coverage for the vacuuming area is beyond me. There is minimal to zero shade making it miserable. I will say the car wash in general did a fairly good job. It does however need to be a little more clear of when the driver needs to put the vehicle in neutral. As soon as we pulled our vehicle in, the conveyer grabbed it and started pulling it through the wash. Not sure if that is an employee error or how the system is set up. Needless to say probably won’t be back.

    I’ve been to better down the road. The put a hold on your card when you purchase the 5$ detailing kit and TRUTHFULLY you can buy it at dollar tree cheaper and better. You get a glass cleaner, an “overall” cleaner a rag and a cheap air freshener that doesn’t even smell. The vacuum pump I was at kept breaking off and they don’t suction good. No air for tires. Just isn’t worth the space on the land or money.

    Best car wash around! If you’re looking for a place that gives your car a thorough exterior clean while providing fast, efficient service, this is it. I went on an extremely busy day and expected a long wait, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff had everything running smoothly, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. My car has honestly never looked better! The quality of the wash, combined with the excellent customer service and quick turnaround, makes this place an easy 5-star recommendation. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I would give zero stars if I could. We came in two weeks ago on a Monday night to get a car wash and try your business for the first time. I have never experienced a car wash shutting off while I was still inside it. When the system stopped, the employees continued working as if nothing had happened while we just sat in the car. Eventually, someone came over and told us to give them a minute because they were working on it. The car wash eventually restarted, but when we reached the end, our vehicle began rocking back and forth. Since this was our first visit, we had no idea whether this was normal or if something had gone wrong. After several moments, the system finally pushed our vehicle out. We parked to use the vacuums, and as soon as we got out of the car, we noticed a scrape on the underside of the vehicle that was not there before. We have only owned this car for seven days at this point, and this was the very first time we had washed it. The shift lead came out and told us that the rocking back and forth was actually an issue that your company is currently trying to fix. While we were trying to understand what had happened, he called his supervisor, who instructed us to call the next day during business hours. I understand that issues can happen, but having a vehicle damaged during a car wash is not acceptable—especially when it appears there was already a known problem with the equipment. This may not seem like a major issue to your staff, but this is a brand-new vehicle to us, and we are extremely disappointed that our first experience at your car wash resulted in damage. I would appreciate being contacted to discuss how this situation can be resolved. Since I filed a report with Clint the manager two weeks ago now and have not heard back. He didn't ask for pictures of the damage. He didn't ask me to come up there and speak to him. I told him since we have only had the car for a week that I had pictures of the car and that spot and pictures of it after going thru the carwash that I could send him. He declined and said he would pull the videos. He reviewed the video, called me back a and He said he could not see anything on the videos he pulled and had to send it to corporate for further investigation. He said someone would call me within 72 hours and I have heard nothing from anyone about this. Since then I have left 3 messages at the number listed for the carwash where I first was able to speak to Clint and no one has returned the call. Super Super unprofessional!!
