  I want to give a shoutout to Parker(mgr); Clint(mgr) and Bryce (employee). Great customer service, listened to my concerns and addressed it with the upmost respect and compassion. This establishment is kept clean, and the product machines stocked. Definitely recommend bring your vehicles and business here. You won't regret it.

  Stopped by on my way to work. The car wash was quick, easy, and got my car looking so fresh and so clean! Thanks Max for the great customer service

  I signed up for the free two months deal when they first opened but obviously missed somewhere in their small print details apparently that after the two months without my knowing I'd get automatically charged $42.99. I'm livid! I did not want to continue with anything. I went there once and got one free wash out of two months free so why would I be okay with this sneaky payment and now I don't even know where the heck or how to cancel this fraudulent charge! I only went once as I wasn't impressed with the wash and their monthly charge for membership.

  Been going here since day 1 of opening and I had even cancelled another membership to start this one due to the high quality feeling of product they use. I love how easy it is to get on the track and even with a lifted truck it’s just so simple and easy. I own a 2026 Chevy Silverado and I don’t feel nervous or anxious when going through this car wash, it’s actually pretty relaxing. All of The employees are all extremely polite and helpful. I just went by today and Max was going around making sure everyone there was doing ok or needed anything. I really do appreciate that kind of customer services. It’s the little things like this that make you guys stand out from all the other car washes. Thank you guys for always giving wonderful customers!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The wash has been excellent, Can't say the washes have been anything but awesome. Unfortunately I can't say the same lately for the vacuum experience. I've been a member since before this location opened up around the corner from my house. Swapped out from the other car was subscription I had to come to Tommy's to support my boy Cleet. If Cleet gets behind something I know I can trust his word. Now, for the past few visits the vacuum have been clogged, and I'm having to unclog them myself, because it doesn't seem like the workers here are even checking the nozzle tips for suction. I hope they get on the ball on this, cleaning the inside is only half the experience of coming to Tommy's. I'd like to get the full experience I'm paying for. Till than I'm going to have to leave it at a 3. Need to see some turnaround.
