  Sugar Land Audi came through. My daughter’s 2022 Audi A3 warranty just expired. She had just under the 50,000 miles warranty mark too. We need roughly $5,400 in repairs. Paying for my daughter’s nursing school just wasn’t the time for a $5,400 bill. Got with service manager RJ, he said that the damage to the car is Highly unusual, harmonic balancer braking and causing other damage. So he will look into what is called the goodwill service since our warranty just expired with weeks and the car was still under 50,000 miles. Took a couple of days came back and said we qualified and paid a much smaller bill. She picked up her car and was so happy. Thanks to everyone that made that from the manager to the technician that did the repairs.

  Brought in my car for service and Jacob was absolutely fantastic. I pulled into the service lane, they greeted me, and got me on my way in a loaner. I was always kept up to date on progress. This was probably the best dealership experience I have ever had. Will definitely continue to come here.

  Best experience purchasing/leasing a vehicle I have had thus far for any of my past vehicles at other dealerships. The Sewell experience really is top notch. Lindsey, my sales professional, was so easy to work with and made the entire process so seamless and efficient. I drove 4 hours to do the deal and pick up my SQ5, and we did everything over e-mail. Once arriving at the dealership, after a few flicks of the pen and her going over the car, I was on my way. Sewell Audi Sugar Land was so easy to work with and conscientious of my time, and everyone I met/interacted with is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience, and would definitely buy/lease another vehicle from this dealership (or any Sewell dealership for that matter) in the future!
