  Phenomenal Service! I can honestly say you’ll be hard-pressed to find another dealership that treats its customers the way Sewell does. From the moment you arrive, you’re made to feel valued, and the level of professionalism and customer care is unmatched. Consistency is key, and Sewell has truly perfected it. I recently took my car in for service, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. Trinity was my service advisor, and she was exceptional throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was incredibly responsive, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I truly enjoyed having Trinity as my service advisor and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is a tremendous asset to Sewell, and because of the exceptional service she provided, I would absolutely choose Sewell again. Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend Audi Sugar Land, and especially Aaron! My car had some issues, and Aaron took care of everything diligently, keeping me completely in the loop throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his exceptional customer service when it came to a repair quote. I noticed that the fix should have been covered under my transmission warranty and challenged the initial price. Instead of brushing it off, Aaron immediately said he would make some phone calls to look into it. He promptly followed through, got it sorted out, and saved me a massive headache. It is rare to find people who have a genuine interest in helping customers like that. Huge shout-out to Aaron and the team!

  I really didn't think I was going to buy a car that day. But the salesman took the time to explain every detail. Even asked questions to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for me.

  My experience here was great !! I’ve never felt so taken care of at a dealership before. I was helped by Logan and Jaxon, they were so thorough and sincere. I felt like they went through everything so clearly and made the process super easy. Great customer service and very understanding. I’d definitely come again and recommend to other people !

  I have visited many dealerships in my life and I must say this one is by far the best one I purchased my second vehicle last month and I was out in less than two hours and made it back to work in time. Thank you so much Lindsey and the finance manager in getting me into a new car and ensuring I was satisfied before leaving the dealership. I also thank the service department, Aaron and Jacob for servicing my old new car and being patient with me during the process.
