- BLBrianna L.Sep 27, 20261.0Aaron McKinney is the biggest jerk I've ever encountered. He is the person who is over this location. My vehicle was hit from behind inside of this carwash and instead of being helpful, he started questioning me on why I wanted a copy of the incident report and giving me the run around. Questioning me on why I wanted footage of what happened. He refused to release the video to my insurance company and the person who hit me insurance. Because of that, I am now responsible for the damages to my vehicle. I’ve been a customer for years with a membership! To be treated as if I was at fault is absurd. All I wanted was for my vehicle to be fixed. Why lie and say that I would be emailed a copy of the incident report and that the video footage would be released to insurance? An incident report should include the time of the incident, detailed description of what happened, names of those involved, and location of what took place in a pdf or professional format. I wasn’t given any of that. I would stay away from this place. If someone hits you, he will treat you as if it was your fault. Aaron seriously lacks customer service and empathy skills. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with him. I can only imagine the treatment they’re receiving seeing how he treats paying customers who are victims of hit and runs.
- VTVersie TurnerSep 25, 20265.0Quick and easy are the reasons that I have been a member for years. I have never been more satisfied with any other car wash.
- MWMelanie WalkerSep 19, 20265.0I have a membership here. It is always a good wash and easy entry; great hours!
