  Great experience but sometimes the vaccumes are fully busy about 60% of the time I get there

  Aaron, do your handicap customers find the handicap space occupied by vehicles w/o appropriate license or hang tag? Frequently and repeatedly? YES! Might want to speak with Adam at 99 or the prior Manager that transferred to S.A. as they have been successful managing the issue at your and their locations. Once again, It is likely best to AVOID this facility. Once again, the designated handicap space had a vehicle. Not a handicap sticker or license plate. Whan asking the owner/driver about it, his response was - they have never said anything to me about it. Spoke with the new Manager about it. His response, "we have limited parking...and like Walmart we cannot make a customer move his vehicle. Mentioned he could inform the driver that his vehicle is not properly marked, and thus, needs to be moved or it is appropriate to. ask Sugar Land PD to address by calling and reporting the license plate with cameras on-site provides supporting evidence. As opposed to agreeing that it is the law and that Quick Quack policy is for employees to monitor and enforce the space being provided according to the law, he responded with another excuse. Spoke with the prior manager (transferred to S.A.), and he mentioned the challenge with customers and employees, yet, made an effort to address. Before leaving, the customer illegally utilizing the space entered and began explaining to the manager that he had been parking there for sometime and no one had told him not to do so. Rather than take responsibility for the breakdown and informing the customer he actions wrongly inconvenience handicaps customers as well as being illegal tp parking in the handicap space (something any licensed driver knows) the manager  tried to pacify.   When a manager prefers to pacify versus politely enforce company policy and laws pertaining to the operation of the facility, it is sad at best. If this repeats, time to cancel family membership and ask the Sheriff to occasionally check since this manager does not appear to care about handicap needs nor the law. Would strongly suggest corporate management address the issue. HR if needed.

  Good wash and strong vacuums. I also like they have pressured air to help blow out and trash from the cracks on the car to use. Really make getting hard to reach areas clean

  Employee named Justin does not know how to do his work. It really made me mad when he asked me to continue driving upon entering the car wash just now. He is suppose to check if my tire is aligned with their railing for the tires and my car completely shifted to the left both times (front and back). He saw what happened and froze for a second but then continued as if nothing ever did happen. I'm getting my car's tires, rims, alignment, & balancing checked now and if there's anything wrong, I'm filing a report to ensure that they are held responsible because of their careless employee(s).

  I come here every so often after I've taken a road trip and need to get the bugs off, etc. Always does the job and they also have free vacuums and microfiber towels so you can clean the inside of your car too. Employee Vince was courteous, respectful, and helpful.
