  I’ve been coming here for 8 years and, as always, the staff continues to provide exceptional hospitality. I love how they greet you at the car, open your door, and escort you to the waiting area—it truly feels like royal treatment. Even though they work quickly, the service is still thorough, and everything is explained in detail.

  I was at this location for maybe 10 minutes and they had my Texas State Inspection done! Quick and easy and close locations.

  ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Experience I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this experience was genuinely unacceptable. From what I observed, the layout raises serious safety concerns. There appears to be only an entry point without a clear exit flow. When all service lanes are occupied, vehicles in the middle are essentially trapped with very limited ability to move. In any kind of emergency, this setup could become a serious issue. As for the service, this place does not operate like the “drive-through” experience they advertise. When I arrived, there was no staff available to guide customers. Multiple people, including myself, had to get out of our cars to figure out what was going on, yet no one was at the front desk either. When staff finally showed up, the interaction felt unmotivated and unprofessional. However, the biggest issue is the complete lack of organization and queue management. I waited over 45 minutes to be placed in a line, only to have another customer cut in front of me because they were supposedly getting a quicker service. After I complained, they made a temporary adjustment, but it was clear there was no structured system in place. What made it worse: when the vehicle in front of me couldn’t be serviced, no one took initiative to redirect or manage the flow, and other cars were simply taken ahead. This shows a lack of coordination and a complete disregard for customers’ time. It was obvious I wasn’t the only one frustrated—several customers left while I was there. Summary: * Poor layout and questionable safety * No clear process * Weak customer service * Disorganized operations I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve both their safety setup and overall service operations.
