  Shout out to Sadie for helping us out after another enterprise location ended up being closed. She had a vehicle cleaned quickly for us and we were able to get back to our day. She was very knowledgeable and really helped turn our day around.

  I called Enterprise yesterday and made a reservation to pick up a car tomorrow at the Sugar Land location. Today(4/7/2026), we went to the Sugar Land location with the reservation number to pick up the car, but the girl (I forgot to ask her name) told us that the reservation number was not registered in their system. As a result, I went to the Stafford location to rent a car instead. There, the staff was able to see in the company’s system that I did in fact have a reservation at the Sugar Land location. This means the Sugar Land location may have falsely claimed that they could not find my reservation. I do not know why they would mislead me like this, but it caused me to waste an entire day trying to resolve the rental car issue, and it negatively affected my work.

  I'm dissappointed that my company uses enterprise. There's always an issue when I have to use them. Reserved a car a week ago but there's no car and this is typical of my experience with Enterprise.

  Sadie was handling the whole store by herself, including phone calls and in-person customers. She saved us so much hassle and was able to find us a car even when there was no availability anywhere else and our previous rental reservation through Budget cancelled. Sadie's amazing!

  I was assisted by Mr. Amer at the Enterprise office, and I would like to commend his outstanding service. He was extremely helpful and took the time, with great patience, to walk me through all the vehicle’s features. Employees like Mr. Amer deserve recognition for their dedication to delivering an excellent customer experience. The Kia Sorento SUV was a pleasure to drive, offering a range of features that contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable ride. One area for improvement I would suggest is ensuring that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected for tire condition prior to rental. On several recent occasions across different locations, I encountered issues where the vehicles had nails in the tires at the time of pickup. This resulted in inconvenience, as I either had to return the vehicle or arrange for tire repairs during my trip. Overall, I appreciate the service and hope this feedback helps enhance the customer experience further.
