  I made an online reservation for a 7-passenger minivan with Enterprise. When I arrived at the branch, they told me they no longer had any 7-passenger minivans available.Apparently, they had sent me an email because my phone number was not in their system.If the vehicle isn't available, the online reservation system shouldn't allow customers to book it in the first place. Accepting reservations for vehicles that aren't actually available is misleading and creates unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

  Super desorganizados e irresponsible, tenemos una reservacion.te os 1 hora de edtar edperando y no hay nadie. Llamamos al Nero de telefono indicado y Tampico nos ayudaron Incluso nos enviaron a otra localidad donde no tienen. Vehiculos Pesimo servicio. No lo eecomiendo

  Incredibly disappointing Place I left feeling sour And immediately I emailed a manager, but never received the reply See details below: Dear Mr. Caston, I wanted to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had today, Sunday, May 24, at approximately 1:36 PM during my first visit to your location while trying to make a reservation. As a first-time customer, I came in unfamiliar with the process and expected professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, my initial interaction with one of the employees behind the counter felt rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I do not believe this reflects the level of customer service Enterprise should represent. I do want to recognize Amir, who later took the time to calmly explain the process in a respectful and professional manner. His help was greatly appreciated. I wanted to share this feedback directly, as first impressions matter. I also plan to share my honest experience in a Google review so other customers are aware of both the negative interaction I initially experienced, as well as the professionalism shown later by Amir. To anyone out there looking for a rental car business, do yourself a favor and steer clear here…if you want to use Enterprise, find a different location, avoid this one at all cost

  Made reservation online, and when I got to the Sugar Land location I was quickly met by Jasper James, who checked me into the rental vehicle. He showed me the vehicle inside and out. Gave me his card and said if I had any questions or issues to give him a call. I was Very pleased with his professional customer service. Keep up the good work Jasper.

  Terrible experience at this Enterprise! We’re getting vehicle repairs covered by insurance and were told a deposit is required upfront. While we understand needing a deposit, their payment rules are absurd: they only accept credit cards and refuse debit cards entirely. They also demanded a paystub as an alternative option, which is impossible for my retired father who no longer receives regular paychecks or pay stubs. We made a special trip back home to sort out payment options, yet they still wouldn’t budge even when my daughter offered to cover the deposit on our behalf. By stark contrast, Hertz never enforces such ridiculous restrictive payment policies for insurance-covered repairs. Inflexible, impractical regulations with zero customer consideration. Would never recommend this location to anyone.
