Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve received from Enterprise. Unwilling to try to aid in getting assistance from corporate. I hope your child is never stranded with Enterprise being their only option. May you have the day you deserve.

My wheelchair accessible van was in the shop. The Enterprise team in Stephenville TX was excellent at picking a vehicle that met my needs while staying under the cost specified by my insurance.

In an emergency situation, we got a great vehicle at a great price. Thank you Larance and the whole Enterprise team for helping us get to our destination.

The courtesy,,knowledge&service of the representatives were wonderful&made the rental service easy,,quickly&friendly,,the representative even showed me the features about the vehicle i was renting to understand it,,just a wonderful experience in renting a car from a place that was pretty busy but was handled professionally.
