Kendrick and Kenton were SO ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and HELPFUL!! I was almost leaving AutoZone to become an ORiely’s customer but they truly saved me!! Jessica saw what I was buying and asked what I needed helped with. She offered to help clean the battery erosion and tighten my battery compactor. It was all fixed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you for the kindness and speedy help.

Had an employee of the name Kendrick threaten me and call me Pion twice all because I verified what he got wrong and refused to do which was ordering a part from another location to be delivered to that location. Even at the beginning I told him to be professional but he refused to gain control of himself and kept escalating from name calling to physical threats. I'm a business owner and I'd fire an employee on the spot if they gave a client of mine this type of negative experience
