  Started out kind of rough one of the employees that I first came into contact with asked me for my payment before asking if I even needed any products (air filter or windshield wiper blades etc) but Blair stepped in and she was able to help me with the additional questions that I had regarding fuel system cleaning. It was a pleasure speaking with her she's a great employee and does a great job, you guys have a valuable asset.

  I’m a regular customer with Valvoline. I asked for my teacher discount and the service man argued that they did not offer one. I’ve been coming here for years so I know they do. He said he had been there since October and never heard of it. He charged my card and then asked his boss if there was a teacher discount. His boss said yes and showed him the code for it. They did not give me back the difference nor did he apologize. I’m not coming back to this location.
