  I purchased a battery there and was so impressed by the awesome customer service, I made them my new mechanic. They even put on my front license plate that came off a while back. I was told by other mechanics it would cost $2-3,000 to replace the grill to put it on correctly....wrong. Lighthouse put it on straight and perfectly even with zip ties. Free! They are genuinely honest and close to my house. God bless Lighthouse 🙌

  I brought my car here to have a new gauge cluster installed and several leaks repaired. I was initially told the work would take a few days and that the lead technician would perform a quality-control inspection afterward. Instead, it took approximately two weeks just to install the gauge cluster. When the installation was completed, I was told the speedometer still did not work. I had previously explained that the gauge cluster required the GPS module included in the box, but it had not been installed. The shop said they did not know whether I wanted it installed, even though I had mentioned it when they initially diagnosed the issue. I then had to wait another day and pay an additional $200 to have the GPS module installed. After the GPS module was installed, the speedometer worked, but I was then told the car was overheating and that one of the cooling fans had stopped working. The car had not been overheating during their initial test drive after the gauge installation. They later said they got the fan working again, but the car was still overheating. I ultimately paid approximately $2,000 for a new radiator, cooling fans, and the associated wiring. When I received the car back, the engine would die whenever I pressed the accelerator. After checking under the hood, I discovered that the throttle return spring had been removed and never reinstalled. Fortunately, the spring had been left on the passenger seat. Overall, I was disappointed by the repeated delays, additional charges, poor communication, and the condition in which the vehicle was returned to me.

  Thank you for sponsoring such an amazing event. As a caregiver who is currently not working, my finances have been quite tight. When I saw the advertisement for a free oil change, I signed up but didn't expect to hear back. I am so grateful someone responded. Everyone was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the atmosphere was wonderful. It was even thoughtful to have a bounce house for the kids to enjoy. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. I truly didn't know how I was going to manage this, especially since I am also saving up to repair my AC and steering column after someone tried to steal my vehicle. Thank you for your help and for such a positive experience.

  Lighthouse Performance & Restoration is a wonderful place to get your vehicle serviced. Appointments are easy to make, the mechanics are thorough and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Lighthouse without reservation. Two of their employees are certainly worthy of mention, Jackie and Drew.
