  Morris (Mo) and his team were incredibly helpful during my time with them! I got an oil change and all new tires for a better price than anywhere else in the area. My car is driving so much smoother now. They even replaced my headlight bulb after all of that. They went above and beyond and the great customer service was really appreciated. Thank you!!

  I needed to get my windshield wiper replaced and was afraid they wouldn’t have the part. They not only had the part but they were able to replace it and get me on my way within 10 minutes! Go ask for Key and Harrison if you want exceptional and efficient customer service ! They’re so friendly and professional here!

  Usually go to TAKE 5 but this way on way so I go here. I drive up like TAKE 5 has you do, but then I noticed one of the employees was driving a vehicle and so I get out to ask one of the employers if I should park or just wait longer. This light skinned chubby guy with glasses (I described him because I couldn’t get his name) cuts me off mid sentence and tells me IDK! I’m on lunch. Another employee came and assisted me and said I could wait in my car they would let me know how much an oil change is once they look at the car. I did not get service there. For someone to be that grown and that disrespectful for just asking a simple question is uncalled for. Needless to say, I’m spending my money back at TAKE 5!

  Should be zero stars. My last five oil changes I've gotten at a different Express location. I came here one time on 7.30.2025 and they used the wrong oil. I brought it to their attention and rather than take responsibility they gave me excuses and nonsense. They requested proof that it was the wrong oil, as if I would have it sent to a lab. 🤣 Mind you I did not request compensation nor did I allude to damages as there were none that could be diagnosed immediately. But it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that if my oil pressure is low after an oil change and immediately goes back to normal operation and normal pressure once the correct oil is used, then obviously that interim oil was the wrong weight. I would recommend going anywhere else to get your oil changed. Note that Darrel fosters an environment that is directly contrary to accountability and respect. Let me add that I did offer the contact information of my mechanic's shop 'DISCOUNT CAR CARE' in Katy, TX. Of course my mechanic did not charge me to do the oil change as this was just the final step in diagnosing a low oil pressure light. This of course was a process of elimination to determine the cause leading to the only possible explanation being that an irresponsible technician at this specific Express location filled my truck with a heavier weight oil than is called for. Pathetic. Do better.
