  The Team @this location were professional, courteous, and friendly. They were attentive to not only my requirements, it was every customer that had to be serviced. We were kept informed from our arrival, receiving the vehicle of our choosing, until the return. Everyone was treated as an important customer. Great experience, thanks for making mine easy.

  That was a terrible car. Why would it be a good idea to put a Ford SUV owner into a base model Hyundai? Shame on y'all.

  UPDATE #2: As you can see here, they want me to waste even more time reaching out to them so they can "look into it" - how about you just look into it without me having to do all the work. You have the info you need (I started calling at 11:20am and nobody ever bothered to take me call up until the place closed at noon. What else do you need to know?) UPDATE: I just checked and they close at noon. It's 12:04. I started calling at 11:20am. This is some BS. Wife's car was hit. The other person's insurance set us up with this location. I've been trying to get a human on the phone for over 40 minutes now. This is absolutely the worst. I bet if I drove up there I'd find at least ONE person who could pick up the phone and help me. So yeah, they suck already and I haven't even rented with them yet.

  Using this location since 2021 I've always been treated with the upmost respect. My daughter rented here during summer vacation Chris arranged to have her picked up and provided an impressive collection of vehicles especially the convertible jeep. Thank you Chris and (Trevor I believe his name is for treating us like family).

  I recently just rented a vehicle from here and I have rented other vehicles in the past from here and never had an issue usually when I pick up my vehicle they’ll send an Uber for me. I’ll get my vehicle and I will drop my vehicle off on time and usually they send me an Uber back to my house or they’ll have someone drive me back to my house and I’ve never had an issue. I’ve done this multiple times with this company all of a sudden. My house is too far out of the way or like just outside of the radius that they’re not able to do that for me which I know that’s not true because I’ve done it multiple times with this exact place. The young lady that helped me her name was Nichole after I let her know that they’ve picked me up before and they literally just picked me up about a week ago and never had an issue. She was very dismissive and rude I honestly just let it go, but I won’t be renting here again.
