  Good service with one comment. After I was advised to have the service to pick up the car in my house; they explained that I was not enough people in the store. However the service was excellent!!!

  I rented two cars this week to drive an out of town client and each time the vehicles were great. Not only that but the customer service was incredible. Whoever the tall guy with blue eyes is, is not only kind and incredibly good at his job but he’s also insanely handsome and I’ll come back just to work with him. I’ll be back Enterprise!

  This location gives GREAT service! They are thorough but quick! They are professional, personable and respectful as well! Cody's review is BS! Everyone and their momma knows the documents have to match. The credit card HAS to be in the renters name! That's not the CSR fault, that is Enterprise policy? Smh

  The Customer Service in the last 3yrs I have been renting from here has become "AWESOME" Thanks to people like Bailey, John, Austin and the new manager Ben who meet me at the door and took care not only me the time I was there but several other. He works just as efficiently as everyone else, not just sitting behind a desk giving out orders. I also had the pleasure to meet the most pleasant, courteous, and respectable youngman by the name of Johtan who gave me a courtesy ride home👍🏽👍🏽💯.

  I've used this Enterprise location twice and they are amazing. I got a volkswagen Taos for my first rental and I recently got a Hyundai Elantra that really surpassed my expectations. Not only was the customer service from a young man at the counter above and beyond, if I recall his name was John. He's also a car enthusiast with a lot of knowledge and can point you in the right direction, for what vehicle you need for your tasks at the time. The Hyundai Elantra was an excellent vehicle and for any person who is slightly into making sure you are safe and wants something kind of sporty that is your go to right now. Thank you so much for helping me in my time of need.
